They are always helpful when I go in there. I always find what I need. There’s approachable staff and they always help when asked. I’ve never had any complaints.

I do a lot of my own home improvement work. This summer has been bad with Covid.. They guys load my cart for me with the heavy stuff, the loaded into my car more times than I can count. They were always friendly and glad to help. The cashiers were always willing to find someone to help also. I have another major store brand in my area but getting help there is like pulling teeth! Thank you to all who help me keep doing my own work!

Had a wonderful experience when we were shopping for a new gas range and with an outcome of a fabulous deal, left the store very happy.

The associates at this store are very friendly and helpful. If you can't find something I think anyone you ask will point you to the right area. Always ask if you need assistance to take and put in the vehicle.

The associates I have encountered are friendly and accommodating. Laurie in paint and Don in plumbing went above and beyond!

Horribly rude girls in customer service... They were rude on the phone and then rude when I went in person. Management had to go above and beyond to smooth over the fact that their staff was rude and unprofessional. I live 3 minutes away from this store and I will drive out of my way to go to another home improvement store!!

The employees are very helpful and friendly. The store was clean and safety was stressed (COVID). There are a good variety of products no matter what we are looking for.

Had a terrible experience today. It is store policy for everyone to wear a mask. Why were there numerous employees either not wearing a mask, wearing on their chin or not covering their nose. They should set an example and at least give the impression that they are trying to keep the community safe.

This store is located in a terribly stressful driving area. However, the store is calming and the staff is wonderful. It is my favorite Home Depot. the paint and stain people are the BEST, but everyone there is always kind and easy to find!

If you offer me 10% off ALL paint, stains and primer, but don't give me that 10% when I buy paint, then there is something not right. Talking in person and calling customer service did not take me anywhere. Nobody has an answer.

Friendly store

This is my go to store for anything home improvement. I can always get the help I need for any project that I am tackling or need something to be suggested that will work. If there is something that is not in the store, I just order it from the website. It is very close to my home but would shop elsewhere if I didn't get the help I always get here. Won't go anywhere else.

I do not feel safe shopping in your store due to the excessive and avoidable risk of exposure to COVID19 in your store due to ineffective store policies I observed. Specifically, I am a healthcare worker and I was wearing a double mask, but more than half of the other shoppers were not wearing any masks, and Home Depot doesn’t seem to care about how this practice increases the risk of exposure to others. There also was extreme confusion at the checkouts with a very long line, no signs, and poorly trained staff. I am almost 60 years old and I have immune deficiency issues. I stepped into a lane to check out, and soon after a young female worker told me to get out of the lane and into the much longer line. I asked for an explanation and she said that the lane I was in was reserved for seniors even though there was no signage stating this. I told her I was older than I looked (which is true). As a consequence, I had to stand in a long line in close proximity to other shoppers who did not wear masks. Further aggravating my experience, I had gone to your store to buy a $10 toilet seat, but once I was checking out, I found that I had a $40 toilet seat because the more expensive seat was apparently accidentally stocked under the $9.98 sign on the shelf of your store. Rather than deal any further with this horrid store’s policies, I just paid 4x what I had intended just so that I could get out of that place. BTW as a healthcare worker I know that wearing masks is effective at controlling the spread of the virus, and I wear masks all day long even though they hurt my ears and nose. Wearing a mask is part of the solution, but not wearing a mask makes you part of the problem, and your policies are NOT making shopping safer in your store. Rather it is contributing to the burnout of healthcare workers and spread of the virus in community. I won’t be back.

Store is always well stocked and merchandise easy to find. Associates are always willing to assist or answer any questions about merchandise that you may have. Store is always neat and clean. This is my go-to store. All around excellence.

The Great Northern Home Depot is a resource of solutions, ideas and product options. I've been a customer for years and this store is clean, bright and well stocked. Looking forward to more years of pleasurable shopping. Thanks for the experiencing.
