Stop selling paint. Every person that has ever come in contact with me in any Home Depot paint department has not been the brightest about the products at hand. The employees should stop eating their product.

Courteous customer service and store very organized

Have almost always had a good experience here. Staff are engaged, helpful, and able to fill in the gaps from my limited, or internet assumed expertise. Sometimes you just need to talk to someone who is familiar with a product in person. Home Depot has been my go to for decades. Thanks.

I went to home Depot looking to have a piece of wood made for my dresser mirror that was broken during our move from Florida to Ohio. A man named David helped me. I told him what I needed and he said he could cut me the wood, but I would need to take it home and drill out the holes. I told him, I did not have a way to do that. He said " if I purchase the wood that he would take it home and put it on his press and make the holes for me and then I could pick it up in the morning ". David's generous offer was nothing short of being a treasure. I picked up my wood pieces the next morning. He didn't want anything for his kindness. Chivalry is like finding a rare gem and David was that gem. Thanks David for helping me!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Store assistant showed me exactly where to go for my item. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Store employee was rude to me. When I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me.

Great experience shopping at this store, easy to find merchandise. Associates were eager and willing to help.

Service great at store but because I live inElyria I go to that location rather than N Olmsted. I just happened to be in this area which is why I was at this location today. Great store though!!

It feels like the store has more employees to help than in the past That is important to me being a woman I need help because I’m usually doing a project I’m not sure about everything I might need!

Go find Sundesh (I'm sorry of the spelling is incorrect)! He is wonderful! My husband and I are novices in home improvement and he walked us step by step through a couple projects. He probably took close to an hour with us and we are so appreciative! He showed us examples of projects he'd done using products we were interested in and gave us many tips he used with them as well! He respected our budget and wasn't pushy at all. He really seemed to come from a genuine place of wanting to help. Speaking from experience, excellent customer service can be hard to deliver, but he went above and beyond! We got all the materials we needed on this trip and when we need to go back, we'll try to find him!

VERY slow in picking orders placed online. Manager didn't care that they wasted my day because I was waiting on them to pull my order.

Flooring and customer service associates have been amazing here!

I have been to many home Depot's and I find this store easier to navigate and they always have items i never thought about having or using.

This store has always been well cleaned and organized. Almost everyone has always been pleasant and outgoing.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tom in your paint department. He was not only friendly, but very knowledgeable about painting applications and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I needed to make decisions on a home interior and he made my selection process much easier, and cost effective as well!

You have improved your customer service. I can remember going in this store and the associates not knowing where things were. The associate at the paint desk was very helpful as were all of your associates.

Dave at Customer Service. Holly and Will on the floor. Very helpful in helping me make decisions on products to purchase. They took a genuine interest in seeing that the money I was going to spend at the store was being spent on the right product for my job. Didn’t at all seem bothered to spend extra time with me helping me find things and understand the product choices.

Unfriendly staff!

The employees at this store are very helpful. There needs to be more than one register open that is not self serve. We do not go to self serve. Employ more people.

This store has zero sense of customer service. Everytime I go to this store and use the self checkout the employees are hovered around having personal conversations and do not want to help the customers, if you interrupt them they get a nasty, rude attitude! How dare you interrupt there personal conversation. I'm so disgusted with this store. It all seems to be the front end employees- very rude! They need additional training and definitely need a customer service course. FYI: don't work with the public if you don't have enough intelligence to do so.

NICE CLEAN STORE AND SEEMS LIKE ALL WORKERS ARE VERY VERY HAPPY

I am 64 years old and before my father passed away, he taught me many areas in the trades. He did all his home repairs and builds. Home Depot was not in business during his life time. Only small hardware shops and lumbar yards.His moto was always Do It Right The First Time and a little more doesn't hurt either. He's no longer around but I've learned enough over the years to cover myself with Do It Yourself Fixes' . Now wen I have a project I can usually find the help or knowledge from Home Depot Employees and even an occasional customer looking in the Sam area I'm in. I'd recommend HomeDepot for your Project Supplies. Oh Ya, They are very fair on return products if they are not used or needed for the project. So save time and get what you need but a little more could save you a trip and time.
