I've only been to the store a handful of times, but compared to other home improvement stores in the area (named retailers and mom and pop shops alike), this is my go-to place. Despite being a home improvement store, the store is exceptionally clean and organized! Associates are extremely friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you get what you need as a customer. I hope other stores have the same standards as this one, because I am truly and genuinely impressed!

The paint department at this Home Depot is an outstanding group of employees that go out of their way to make sure your questions and request are answered. AAA+++

I recently purchased fiberglass attic insulation at this location. I needed 30 bales and the insulation shredder/blower. The staff was very helpful in loading my truck and trailer. There was plenty of insulation on hand. The store was clean and orderly and the staff knew where everything was without searching.

Able to get excellent and friendly service no matter what department. As a first time home owner I also appreciated the fact that when it comes to large projects the associates provide independent research and background on products to ensure I am purchasing the right products for the job.

I love this clean store! We live in Heath but drive to Newark to go to Home Depot! Our favorite customer friendly cashier/information guru is Nancy G. We love her and look for her ever time we come in! Personality plus, helpful, informative, smiles and over all knows her stuff! She will raise your spirits while supplying your project needs.

Associates are very helpful and pleasant . The store is well organized, orderly and very clean. Always have enough registers open to check you out. We got a late start for the BLACK FRIDAYS sales and thought for sure they would be out of what we wanted. To our surprise they had a adequate supply of all the items we went there for. They sales were great. Sure beats shopping at the other stores that have a LIMITED quantity of their sale items ( which means they had 5 to start with!!)

This location continues to have friendly associates who often ask if we need help before we realize we do. I always you people to check out, because great associates are why I return. Machines are impersonal. Great people aren't. This location has great people.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly

Placed and on'line order and received my text alert well before the two hour period. No waiting at the service desk and I had my order in hand and out the door within 5 mins of my arrival. Staff at the service desk couldn't have been nicer. The Home Depot mobile app with online ordering in conjunction with the speedy pick-up service are a great combination for the busy contractor where time really is money.

We go to this store several times a month and have done so since they opened...not one complaint...associates do it right! They see me looking for something they are right there....know their stuff, too. HD is doing something right! Keep it up!

I have purchased lots of things there. Shop vacuum ,bath tile, window blinds , many plants , hardware for repairs , door knob , barbeque grill, outdoor pond accessories ,lumber ,bird seed , cleaning supplies and may other things that I need and want at any time. One of the biggest items that I bought was windows for my garage and basement!!!! The associates are always available and helpful. They help me take purchases to the car and are very pleasant in general. The aisles are clearly marked so that I can go to the needed item quickly. I spent a lot of time there looking around and am so glad that they came to the north end of Newark, Ohio

Customer service in most of the store is excellent. Associates are very helpful and I can find nearly everything I need to remodel a 103 yr old house. The one exception is paint. If you have questions, go on a day when Charlie is there, otherwise, the associates from the flooring dept, who fill in for this short staffed department can only mix paint. They aren't knowledgeable about the products, and I have seen rudeness, refusal to help customers with anything other than mixing paint, and impatient responses. This is a great store and the only one I shop at in my area. I'm in there almost every week, sometimes twice a day and really enjoy the customer service in most departments. The garden center cashiers could have more training about the plants available but they are always friendly and helpful.

Went to HD for a good-sized lumber purchase (20 2x4x10 + some other stuff). Received no help getting lumber off rack, nor loading into my truck. Cashier was so rude, I nearly left the store without making my purchase. Next time will go elsewhere.

Very nice Home Depot clean restrooms kind sales staff

Went to two different Lowe's Garden Center and received no help. Went to this Home Depot and was helped immediately and everything I needed was in stock.

Great staff, always willing to take you right where you need to go!

This store has very helpful employees. They have a wide variety of products to choose from and at very completive prices. I bought some paint stripper at another home improvement store and it was more expensive that Home Depot. Home Depot also had a larger container of the stripper at a great price and the other home improvement store did not carry the larger bottle. I really like the self checkout as it was fast & easy to use. Overall, this is a great store and I highly recommend it!

Store is okay for your everyday items but if you NEED a big ticket item you better look else where because they do not carry tem in stock. 10-14 day delivery

Home Depot always has what I need and the help when I can't find something

The best visit I've ever had at a Home Depot was at this store. Special props go to the paint department who was so informative of options and brands and color advice that it really surprised us. Then a special thanks goes to Angela at checkout. My husband failed to provide his tax free ID# until the end of checkout but this has to be implemented at the beginning of checkout. This did not phase Angela's friendly demeanor and she offered to start the process all over again! Then Angela offered the Home Depot credit card and I was approved! I would have declined if I didn't have such a great experience at this store! So thanks to the exemplary employees , I'm remodeling my kitchen , bath, and exterior of my home with Home Depot!
