The store looks clean, but a work in progress! Some Isles were closed due to restocking. Associates were standing by For safety, and to assist.. Would like to recognize 00097 Cynthia at the will call desk who went out of her way to assist me with my order.. Employees like her makes customers return to shop!!

Great customer service at this store ! Had a friendly and convenient return experience with Leah. Brian's advice led to a purchase of my new favorite tool system. Flo was thoughtful and helpful at check out.

Had an excellent experience shopping at Home Depot. I found everything I needed and then more. I got some great advice from the young lady at the register and paint counter. A very nice young man assisted me in putting 3 five gallon tubs of paint in my car. The service was great.

This review applies to Store # 440 in Wilmington DE. I do not have a problem with the Home Depot located in New Castle DE.

Store was clean and we had an employee guide us to the right aisle for the product. We also got to look around and dream of our projects to work on. Very nice carpet selection on the revolving boards. I like the other HD but this one was a very family feeling one.

Employees are very friendly and store locates in a large shopping area.

Last two times I've been to this store, only self checkout was open. None of the customers in line were able to complete self checkout without assistance. This is not surprising given that people often go to get large bulky items. As a result the checkout experience has become cumbersome and frustrating. Very disappointing that HD has given up on customer service.

The employees were fast and helped me correct the problem I was having.I am very happy here.

This store in New Castle has the most rude, uncaring employee's that i have ever seen. i was looking for a specific countertop and i had a question, i went to the service desk in kitchens. A young employee walked right by me and sat down. He was having a conversation on his phone . i said excuse me can you help me. He looked at me and continued his conversation on the phone. I walked by 4 employee's all dodging any customers. for all of these employee's not one asked may i help you, or welcome to home depot. Home depot employees must realize that if there are not any customers at this store, You do not have a job. This Home depot is convenient , But the employee's at this home depot, have forgotten what it is like to be a customer. I hope the management has a class on what it is to be a customer or a caring employee.
