Please thank Mike D in electrical. He is helpful. A lot of the other employees act annoyed if you ask a question. Hey, Lowe’s is right down the street. Most of the people there are very helpful. Again I say , thank Mike D. He made my shopping much much easier. I had a project that needed to get done and he made it possible.

There is a severe lack of customer service at this location. Associates throughout the store will walk past you as if you do not exist. It is very rare for an associate to offer you any help unless you are buying spray paint through self checkout. The product availability and Ed's Hotdogs are the only reasons I continue to shop at this location.

I’ve been to many home improvement stores in my lifetime. This one is the best, the employees are professional, courteous, and smile (very important to me as customer), the customer service desk and the garden center employees were right there, couldn’t be anymore pleased with my visit and purchases there.

You are employing a very combative employee in your receiving department, named Jason. He was observed driving a fork truck recklessly, while transporting an over loaded pallet of black mulch bags around 4;15pm on 4/6/21. The pallet nearly fell over in direction on another employee, named Phil. My purposes in being in the area was at the direction of your cashier. She told me to go to that area to get assistance having my purchase of 12 bags of mulch transported to my truck. Store Mgr notified.

I’ve been coming to the store for years and just love it. Your employees know where everything is, which is good for me because I hate looking for stuff. Your store is clean and again your employees are awesome, they know their stuff!

I WAS ASSISTED RIGHT AWAY AND CHECKOUT WAS A BREEZE

Most staff are friendly but overworked. Don't think about showing up on a weekend if you need any assistance. If you can't grab it for yourself from the shelves, or have a cashier get it from the lock-up by the registers, you are going to wait a long time.

Its rare I am willing to say anything concerning H/D services due to lack of in many States DE,NJ,PA, I shop. However the team I experienced on this day they were exceptional. Thank You * Lord!, from customer service for her exponential customer service. Hiring good workers is not an easy task. I have had a few questionable and one bad experience at H/D from another location. I would strongly suggest H/D to hire more people,most times their departments are empty employees not available to help customers without ending up at the Pro-desk. I'm born and bread in Old New Castle and I'm glad there's a Home Depot in my home town. It's a convenient location. I do a lot of home projects and I visit this particular store frequently to buy materials. I also appreciate all the employees at this store. I never had a bad experience from anyone that I can remember. Thanks employees!

I live in Philadelphia; however, my mom lives in New Castle. Whenever I come to visit her, I make sure that if I need anything from Home Depot I stop here. The Home Depot in my area (South Philadelphia) has a habit of making me feel like I am interrupting them from doing their job (which is to help the customer and increase sales) when ever I ask for assistance. It is such a pleasure when I come into this location. The following always takes place: I’m always greeted; cashiers are always friendly; assistance is always provided in a timely manner; lines move effectively; and when leaving, if an associate is near, I always told to have a good day, thanked for my business or asked to return. In addition this location is always well stocked and clean, including the restroom. This location is exemplary example of how Home Depot should be ran. Thumbs up for the GM, his ASMs and all associates!!!!! See ya soon!!

your store is well stocked with everything from wd40 to velcro and it i need a water heater you have that too. your staff is friendly and they know their jobs.

Some of the staff don't care about giving good customer service. Some service desk staff aren't trained in customer service only processing returns and in-store pick-up... One example was on this trip, I bought some Philip Wiz smart bulbs and there was a promotion for a free remote control if you purchase two or more bulbs, I went to redeem my remote at the service desk and was told it has to be done online at Philips which was incorrect. Called the store to get more information on the redemption, was on the phone for more than half-hour and after asking for a manager I spoke to Mgr. Jen who promise to look at the promotion and call me back in a few minutes. She never called back.

Awesome customer service by Anada at the self check out. Employees are ALWAYS friendly and go the extra yards to help the customer. The store looked clean and well organized. Great, late night shopping hours for some of us who like to shop when less crowded. Thank you!
