I come to this store regularly and have never taken the time to write about this store. I come because it is convenient to my home, but typically in and out - with no hope for assistance because you can never find anybody knowledgeable or helpful. However, this morning, I met SALLY who is truly REMARKABLE! She was friendly and helpful. She made product recommendations and seemed knowledgeable about the offerings. Moreover, she took the time to ask me about my day and wiped off the basket before giving it to me. As a result, I stayed in the store longer and spent more money than I generally would have because of my engagement with SALLY! She is a blessing to our community and I so appreciated meeting her this morning!

Kevin my cashier as well as the other employees were very helpful and got me out of a very busy store in no time at all.

GREAT STORE, GREAT AND VERY ACCESSIBLE LOCATION. STORE IS WELL ARRANGED AND STOCKED WITH PLENTY OF HOME IMPROVEMENT PRODUCT. STORE EMPLOYEES' ARE WELL TRAINED AND EXPERIENCED IN THEIR DESCIPLINES OF EXPERTISE. ASSISTANCE IS READILY AVAILABLE.

I really like shopping at this store...it takes me about 30 minutes to get here but well worth it. Not overly crowded, shelves stocked & great customer service.

Overview, the customer service good there a handful of associate that I encountered should undergo further training in how to be customer friendly with a smile using courtesy words.

My Home Depot store is what all big box stores should be like. Friendly staff. Help full and know their products Products are of a good quality. Store is well stocked and generally has the item I went in for. They are my go to store.

Generally the employees on the floor are courteous, helpful and attentive, i.e. they'll stay with you to sort out your shopping difficulties. Upper or senior management seems to be where the problem is. The problem being direction and possibly a suppression of motivation.

Every time I go into this Home Depot I am never disappointed. The employees are ALWAYS helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. My last visit though is what made me finally write a review. Ann, an employee that helped me at self check out, went above and beyond by noticing that the type of water that Home Depot usually gets was different this time. They usually stock Crystal Spring but this time they had Primo which is purified. Ann went out of her way to make sure I was aware of this before buying The water! I greatly appreciated her effort in making sure I was getting what I came into the store to get!!
