We always enjoy visiting this HomeDepot while visiting our daughter in Nashville. Everyone is so very kind and helpful.

This is the place to go for your home repairs.

This store has the friendly atmosphere and is always kept neat and clean. I was shopping for all new appliances, Vanessa and Fred went through what I had picked out online and addressed all my concerns. Vanessa then walked me through the credit card application process and I was so impressed with her professionalism. She answered all my questions very thoroughly.

Marcesia was excellent help and was a happy and smiling associate in the middle of a busy time. Great job!

The store was clean inside and out. Ms. Freda was a jewel of a cashier. She was courteous, friendly and efficient.

this store is in transition because of the attention of the new manager here. He is making very positive changes in how the merchandise is organized, positive changes in personell, and positive changes in the store appearance and operations. Most of the associates are very knowledgable and always friendly, and its one of the better Home Depots to shop at.

This Pro Desk is the best in the area.

I always get good service from the Cashiers and associates at returns. I do, however, have a problem finding an associate in the departments and end up going up front and having someone paged to help me. I just moved to Nashville and have shopped there about 10 times in the last 3 weeks.

I WOULD SHOP AT HOME DEPOT IF IT WAS OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY

I have been here twice and both times the service was exceptional. I'm doing a bathroom remodel and Amber helped me get all of the items quickly, checked me out at her desk, and made sure someone could load my car. She also was knowledgeable about the products.

This store has always had employees that have been helpful to me. Aisles are almost always clear and checkout is usually quick and always friendly.

I visit this location frequently; primarily for the paint, because Home Depot is the only place that I'm aware that carries BEHR. 95% of the time I have a positive experience in this store. The store associates are always willing to assist. I was however disappointed with the service I received today in the paint department. The associate was not helpful and became agitated and short when I asked questions. The overall appearance of the store is always good. The store is clean, and as stated before the associates are normally always friendly. This guy probably should be placed in a department where there is not too much customer interaction. Or perhaps get him a smock that reads "I only mix paint. I don't answer questions." So people like me who needs help will just know to leave him alone. Will I return? Most certainly. If I see him? Probably will ask to be waited on by someone else.

Had a great experience shopping at home Depot. Melody was very helpful getting someone to cut a few boards so I could transport them home easier. melody was also very helpful when i checked out.

This store has been poorly run and going down hill for the last year and a half... I shop here every day, and I mean EVERY DAY... I find that the shelves are disarrayed, some stock is gone when it shouldn't be, and I hear a lot of grumbling from the people I talk with sometimes. There is a new manager now, so hopefully he will fix the issues with this store as it has been the best store I shop at, I do work all over town and shop at 4 different Nashville and surrounding area stores. So far the very best store is in Franklin, way south, its the cleanest, best stocked and best Home Depot I have been in. I hope that the briley parkway store follows suit with the new management.

The store is clean, the staff are helpful and after a while, they have become part of my extended family. I know if one can't help me they often can tell me whom to contact. The store is well laid out, however there are so many options that at times I need a little help heading in the right direction. There are usually multiple who are very knowledgeable with the multiple areas of the store who can assist me in my hunt for the perfect product.

This store is filled with very friendly staff and is always well stocked. The staff will go above and beyond to help you find what you need even though it is not in their department. Kudos!

This store is ALWAYS clean and well stocked. Employees are walking the aisles to see if you need assistance. There is ALWAYS someone to assist at the self checkout as well

I had placed 2 online orders for store pickup. When I arrived, Madisen at Customer Service pulled both orders together and personally took me to the garden center and pulled the compost bags I needed instead of sending me out there to search! I was absolutely blown away! Then, she assisted me in ordering a pallet of mulch and secured the best price and earliest delivery available! The personal attention, professionalism and helpful attitude of Madisen made my HD shopping experience so pleasant!

I had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and everything I needed was in stock. One of the girls even went and got several things I needed for me, so I didn't have to walk so far. There were enough cashiers so I was able to check out in just a couple of minutes.
