I love home depot. I have always been able to find what I have needed and when I shop online I get things delivered thru my own neighborhood store. I had to deal with customer service and the phone call was routed to my local store and they were very kind to me too.

This store is always my favorite to shop at. The employees are so friendly and helpful. I know that when I come to this particular store I’ll be greeted and assisted with whatever I need to find or carry to my car. I have interacted many times with the store manager, Joe, who I believe is the real reason behind having such a strong customer-oriented staff. This Home Depot gets the majority of my business even though it’s not closer to my home simply because all of the staff is so warm and friendly. Great job y’all!

I had been waiting on an associate to assist with patio furniture and after waiting 30 mins and no one showed. Jack approached me and saved the day. Not only was I able to make a purchase of the last item. I had a very great shopping experience and was happy with the service

I went to purchase a 10000 BTU portable air conditioner. The room size made that size necessary. I was told there were no more of that size in the store and purchased a smaller unit of 8000 BTU. The manufacturers instructions and remote were not in the box when I arrived home. I had to return to the store the next day. If it were not so hot at home, I would have left empty handed. I would like for the store to have associates that look, before just telling a customer anything. I am somewhat disappointed, but really needed the unit.
