Great place to shop. Store clean and organized.

I needed 2 items that I did not get because Judy was unhelpful and rude. This was the worst experience and I will never come back to this location.

We purchased a couple of things on this visit and Lexi was our helpful employee at the self check out line. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, polite and impressive with her energy and approachability. What a great experience! 10 stars for Lexi! :)

Went to Home Depot Madison/Briley Parkway. I bought 10 bags of soil and some plants and was really dreading loading it into my truck. Well as I was checking out an employee came up and asked if I would like him to load that in my vehicle. Of course, it was like he read my mind. No tip thank you. Thanks Josh

My husband and I just moved to Nashville and had our laundry list of home repairs to address. After getting to Home Depot, Dennis and Jerry saw us looking for supplies all over the place and saved the day for us. They offered advise, showed us where everything was and did all this with the most friendly, service based manner. We really appreciated their help and world class attitude!! Thank you again and again!!

They are always out of the only paint I use for painting ceilings in houses. I've done over 10 houses for one client but I'm tired of cutting into my productive time chasing this paint down at 2 stores! I use to love the quality and price of their Glidden Essentials brand. I can't even start my jobs without this paint to do the ceilings first. This is the third time and I'm done with all my business at Home Depot!

This store has the dirtiest parking lot I have ever seen at ANY business! How does the Manager and employees walk in and out and not see all the trash? The lot and the store are FILTHY!

We visit many Home Depots but the Briley location is the best mostly because of the employees. I have noticed alot of new faces...please try to keep your experienced employees. They not only know their aisles but often offer tips for projects that make it so much easier for customers.
