Excellent friendly and helpful staff!

uncommon web resource let me walk right to the product purchased. I such a large store that is really a time saver.

Home Depot is the best when it comes to returns product. The store is clean and so much more choices to chose from.

I think what separates the normal shopping experience from a memorable one that keeps people (including myself) coming back instead of choosing the abundance of competition is the people and how they make you feel. There’s no better example of that than Jennifer. I don’t often write reviews but I had to recognize Jennifer and I hope that she at least recognized by someone at the Napa Home Depot for her ability to connect with customers. Because she chose to be great, I choose to come back.

Napa Home Depot is a wonderful location. The staff are always so upbeat and willing to help (even in this crazy time of year). If I had to recommend and give a shout out to anyone there, it would be Megan in the painting department. Not only did I get to see her handle one of the most ungrateful and rude customers I have seen lately, but she did it without yelling at the woman. She also helped explained the difference between the qualities of paint we were looking for and made wonderful suggestions that we took. I will always look for Megan now for my painting needs! She is by far one of the best employees you have on your staff.

I'll bet they have anything you need but shopping on pre-black Friday is not efficient.

I have three residences and the Napa store was the location noted in my first review. I use the Emerville, Colma, Santa Rosa and Vallejo California stores and they have all served me well.

The store is always crowded. The employees are always busy. I never was asked by anyone if I needed help but after asking for specific items I was told and shown the isle the product was on. They were kind.

After the terrible Northern California fires, where many homes were damaged and destroyed, going into the Napa Home Depot was so comforting. Not only did I get all of the cleaning supplies I needed - at great pricing, the staff was super friendly and helpful. NAPA STRONG!! Love you Home Depot!

My experience at the Napa Home Depot was excellent. Manager Shane and Pervin are good examples of good customer service.

The Napa CA. store is clean, and I was able to get help when I needed help finding something. I was very happy with your employees and the friendly and happiness they have.

The clerks were amazing! they helped me find everything I needed and loaded my vehicle for me!

I pre paid $698 for two 10,000 BTU Air conditioners while at the Vallejo Home Depot, with a customer service representative at the desk. She CALLED the Napa Home Depot to make sure the item I wanted was in stock. She asked the Napa customer service staff to take my name and put a paper on two units and hold them at the customer service desk for me while I drove there to Napa. I was given a "store to store" purchase receipt for an easy seamless pickup when I arrives at the Napan Home depot. As I walk in, I see someone walking out with two 10,000 BTU air conditioners, just like my purchased units. I go to the customer serice desk, and I am told that I cant have the units my receipt shows....they are sold out. I explain that someone called from the Vallejo Home Depot, and there should be two units with my name on it. She looks around and says no. Sorry there is nothing they can do about it. She calles the Vallejo store... (like I am lying or something)... and tells me it doesnt matter because there is nothing they can do about it. Apparently including giving me a refund. I still have not seen a refund appear in my account.

I've been shopping here for a very long time. I know where everything is. Service is good. Selection is good.

Poor service! I don't need to be greeted at the door! I need help with service' selves not being stocked! and all the lumber carts are used for the stores own stock material! Night crew seems to do nothing at night!

Great experience shopping for refrigerators (far better than recent experience at Best Buy). We actually had fun and enjoyed the tremendous advice and personable service we received. Will definitely be heading back for our next big appliance purchase.

The Home Depot store has been very helpful and always easy to maneuver in the store. The help are eager to help in any way they can which is always appreciated. Thank you for being in Napa.

The item I wanted was not where the Home Depot app indicated it should be. When I asked a clerk for help, he was both rude and condescending. He could not help me. He took me to another clerk, who said that the store did not carry the item, but that if I knew the SKEW number, he could scan it and tell me which stores in the district do. I had a used package from the item in my car, so I got it. The store did, in fact, carry the item, which I purchased, however, it was not in the location it was supposed to be in.

Staff here is very helpful and friendly. PRO desk is the best, and yes I have been to many other HD stores.

I found the staff to be much more knowledgeable, helpful and friendly than in the Santa Rosa, Vallejo or San Rafael stores.

The service was great. People were helpful, and friendly, and there was ample supply of the materials I needed.
