Great customer service on returns and then with washer and dryer purchase.

The more you go in, the more they get know you. I am greeted by name!! Everyone is friendly and ready to help,

I was very impressed how helpful everyone is at the store. The store was very clean and the shelves stocked with things fairly easy to find. When I was checking out, Jennifer asked if I wanted to open an account and promised it would only take 3 minutes. She was spot on and I now have an account there !!! She was so very nice.

We used this store to purchase carpet for a storage are in our ADU. After describing the space, putting a down payment on the carpet, getting the measurements taken, receiving a quote, and purchasing the product, Home Depot called to say they made a mistake and could not do the install in an "attic" space. (The storage area is a 12' x 14' loft area.)

Would recommend a few more employees "floating" in the isles on Saturdays and Sundays to answer quick questions , not detail questions, but quickies,!

The garden area was well supplied with variety for this area.

Store has very helpful and knowledgeable employees and good inventory of items and material, as well as one can check for merchandise online and if not in inventory can either have items shipped directly or can be shipped to the store for pick up. Further if items ordered for home delivery do not meet expectation, they can easily be returned at the store for full refund.

This location has THE WORST customer service! In fact, if you talk to anyone else in Napa, they agree. Everyone knows this place is horrible if you have any question. Horrible.

Had to wait 55 minutes for my purchased retaining wall bricks to be loaded. Not enough staff nor fork lift drivers!

In general, the store is pretty decent. I have had issues in the past, but recently things have been better. I would like to see the hole store a little cleaner. The back of the store tends to get cluttered and the lumber dept is always a mess, mostly from inconsiderate customers, but could still be maintained a little better. Bridgette (cashier), Tony, Carl, and Larry(pro desk), and George ( customer service ) are great to deal with,as well as the entire Paint dept. Terry in tools is an absolute goldmine of knowledge and has assisted me on several occasions.

Poor service department, no employees answer the phone at the service desk, can't get help on the floor, and orders not in store when notified on line that order is in and also texted that order is in. Since this is the only store in Napa now I'd think they would have better service. I've done survey's on line several times stating the same complaints and nothing has been improved nor changed.

Some really great people work here, when you can find them. The bathrooms are the worst in the whole company though.

Horrible Check out experience. 7pm sunday evening. 1 Live Human cashier and 11 of us in line. they had 1 robot cashier I think, but the only Lane light that was on saying it was OPEN was the live cashier (GABY who was nice) she felt our frustration when we complained about no more cashiers open but powerless to change store policy im sure.

I truly appreciate a store associate who passes by and asks if they can help. This store has some of the friendliest folks working there. The store is well laid out, clean, well lit and typically fully stocked.

If you can go elsewhere, like to Central Valley Hardware, do so!!! Stock is not replenished often and they tend to be out of stock on items for long periods of time.

The employees are nice and always ready to help. Need a return? See Christina or Anna. They are great at customer service!!!

Home Depot is my "Go-to" hardware, garden and related supplies store in Napa. There were two times that I asked for assistance from an employee and that employee may the appropriate announcement over the store PA system. On these two instances nobody came to help me after two announcements were broadcast. I have shopped at this store many times and will continue to shop there. Normally my questions are met with courteous and proper responses. Thank you Richard Munk

Customer service was poor, no assistance was given when it was needed. Staff just stared at you with a blank look when asking for their help! I would never go back to that store and do not recommend it!

This store has EVERYTHING, and usually several choices of major items! The store is thinly staffed, but if you work at it you can find an employee to give you information. They are always friendly, helpful and right in what they say. They are usually very knowledgeable, too. The self-checkout is good, but it closes about 1 hour before the store closes its doors. So don't come late.

This is the Home Depot store to shop. Especially if you need help in selecting any home item that you are in doubt about how to use. You can get excellent coaching on how make the product work for you.

This store has gone through a great deal of change. Employees are friendly, helpful and the store is now reflecting this attitude. Keep up the good work!

only went there for One specific item late in the evening and never shopped at This Home Depot before so My Rating might not be very helpful. I was just basically In/Out so did not receive a total store experience. that said. I did speak to 2 different associates and they were Very Helpful and nice.

Hats off to Chris in the lumber/drywall Dept at HD Napa. If everyone there was as helpful and happy there as Chris it would be much better. A few guys there definitely need to loose the grumpy attitude and faces too... especially at the Pro Desk. But overall the store hovers around.a 6.5 on a 1-10 scale for me. That number would go way up if it didn't take forever to get something loaded and get out of there.

For my experience this morning In the Napa Home Depot just made my day so good snd thst May sound silly but with as good of customer service I received. When people are that good with their customers it reflects all around. I love good customer service I worked in customer service all my life and know that it’s the key to success and business! To make someone happy with good service will always come back.
