Give me a break, the whole World has this feature, only H Depot does not

The checkout clerk Rosali was very thorough and acknowledged request for discount on damaged items. Very efficient and knowledgeable about services which made for a great checkout experience.

I bought a Makita tools and I'm happy with it. Good customer service also for Bassie Cashier and Ryan Hardware Associate

Order wrong , delivery delayed. told to go to front desk and corrected po would be ready to sign. The manager could not find the order had to go back later when employee was there.

I appreciate the location of the products available in stock. The aisle and bay number.

Don't go in unless you know what you need and where to find it. I typically can find what I need, but if I have to ask for help, good luck getting it. They call for someone who either never shows or takes forever to show up. Staff is generally friendly. Some are great, others are still learning, but at least try to help (once you find them...sometimes I've had to hunt them down). I prefer to shop elsewhere.

Unfortunately this store is a dark spot in an otherwise stellar chain of great hardware stores.. the employees all walk around trying their best to ignore the customers. No one said hello, no one asked me if I needed any help. It was as if I was invisible. The layout of the store is bad. Everyone seemed depressed. I left depressed. Nothing like Vallejo or Concord where the stores are vibrant and full of smiling people. What's up with the Napa store? Is it something in the water? I think it comes from a vacant vacuous leadership which does not inculcate any employees into even the most rudimentary forms of customer service.

Donna T did an outstanding job in helping us recently. She took an interest in what we were looking for and help us locate all the items on our list. Great employee that provided great customer service.

The self-service attendant Candice was very cordial and handled the four busy checkouts very efficiently.

Stephanie was better than good checking me out and finding the items no one else could find in the aisles I was looking on.

I usually always find what I'm looking for or something close to it. I don't care what they say I like shopping at Home Depot.

Overall, really great store, but special commendations to Donald & Patrick in Lumber!, They went well above my expectations for customer service by actively listening to, working with, and actually helping my 9 yo son design a piece of lumber for his school boat project with a cut away for his battery pack. My son was thrilled, and he got a real world lesson in what true effort, patience, diligence and appreciation of a customer's needs actually looks like! Both Donald & Patrick should be recognized for their superior service and commitment as employees of Home Depot.

The store is dusty and unorganized. The items were more expensive than the listed price. There was only 1 cashier out of all the registers. The computers were down so I ended up at self-checkout anyways. Will not return...

Rosali did a superb job checking me out even tho I wanted to use 3 different payment methods, one of which didn't work. She never lost her cool, didn't get upset with me and persisted until the transaction was completed. 5 stars Rosali!

Clean & Orderly Store…

Workers are more interested in personal conversation vs helpng customers. Noticed that greatly at customer service when you walk in - STAY present at work people! They also need more staff on the floor hunting down someone to help was kinda annoying. Overall place serves its purpose and It is OK to go there!

I needed help getting a box and Angelo got a ladder and got it down for me. He is always the same, helpful, polite, and willing to assist. This is to formally thank him so he knows people notice!

Rude employees. Cluttered store. Carts always in the parking lot

I have shopped at the Napa Store since it opened. They have never failed me with polite and courteous service. The employees and management are very helpful, friendly, knowledge of products sold at store and go the extra mile when it comes to service

Today I was helped by Zaria with a very complicated return. She was patient and knowledgable. As one of the guys who helped unload my faulty hot water stated, "Zaria knows how to get sh*t done."

Ridgid tools have a great warrantee but the night manager refused to honor it! A Ridgid rep called the store and got hung up on! The employees were embarrassed for her. The employees are good though.

Stuff everywhere. Hard to get through most isles. Many you can’t even get down because of all the the items being stored in them. Seems like the fire Marshall would be concerned with this. Staff isn’t very friendly either. Sad to see it decline like it has. I’m usually there a couple times a week.

Not once have I shopped here and felt stupid for not knowing anything. Everyone who works here have been helpful. Don from Plumbing went above and beyond to take a seemingly impossible dream and instead came up with a solution that was better than the original plan. I was able to build what I needed/wanted and I couldn’t have done it without someone who was just as excited as I was. No problem is too big or small for this guy and I appreciate the time it took to find all the parts on multiple aisles. You don’t people like that anymore and I’m so lucky to have been helped by Don.

I find Home Depot to have helpful staff and a well stocked

I had great service from the agent in the water heater section and another agent who helped me load it in the car. The manager Maria was however rude and very unprofessional and unworthy of her position.

I bought a tools and it's a good product.
