Did not visit this store item was canceled out due to damaged stock, was glad of quick notification would of been upset if I drove 24 miles and saw a damaged item. Now waiting for my REFUND paid online the night before!

Don't expect service at this store. No one gives a darn about the customer here

Three staff people took the time to make sure I found what I wanted and were patient, calming and enthusiastic; two of them stayed with me through a rather complicated process. They were innovative while loading and fitting two large items into my compact SUV. I could tell they were in high demand, but they stayed so kind and patient while helping me. All of them made me feel like I was the most important customer of the day.

I quickly and easily found the items I was shopping for. I didn’t end up needing assistance but the staff all seemed very approachable. The Napa store is very clean and well stocked as well as organized. Associates all seemed very friendly.

Worst ran store I have ever seen.

Found the items I needed quickly. Did not have to wait to enter the store, did not have to wait in line to check out. Lisa, the employee that helped me was courteous and provided excellent customer service.

I was very happy to find the grill I had researched on line and had immediate help to purchase and get to my car. Ernest in the Garden department made our day with his great attitude and helpful personality.

Faith in the Kitchen Design Department is fantastic. Great eye for style and detail. Diligent in putting a plan together. Patient, problem solving, wonderful to work with.

I had the best experience ever working with Faith in the kitchen department. She helped me maneuver through the array of products and arrive at excellent choices for my new kitchen that I am remodeling. I was able to view the new kitchen layout and select items to work with my budget and overall theme for the kitchen. She is very flexible, communicative, and a real pro!

Its not a bad store...however the real issue is you can never find help when you need it. Its a recurrent theme at this location and it describes most of my experiences there.

This Home Depot is the most friendly home improvement store around, very professional.

This is a great HD store to shop at.

I have been there a few times and have not received good customer service.

Employees to busy kissing each other rather then selling or assisting. Done with homedepo.

Customer service is not a basic concept in this store. If you want to shop on a week night, don’t expect to get any help from an associate- if you can find one who isn’t socializing with another associate. I don’t believe I should have to ask 3 times to have an associate send to an area to get some service. And after it takes 20 mins just to get a person to respond, there was no apology for the wait. This store/or company doesn’t know how to give customer service, or they just don’t care about the customers, they think their brand name can just get them by.

Rented a truck and everyone was so helpful with answering all my questions and getting me everything I needed. Being my first time renting a truck of this size, I received great advice on how to drive it. Clean store and bathroom! I highly recommend this store.

I when to buy camping gass i end up getting the gas but i lost my wallet and the cashier emily she wass very helpful they got my information inform every employee there about it Will waiting on the msnager who wass checking the office for lost and found .. emily ask me about the reason of my visit. And guve me some suggestions about solder supply, that i end up buying. And she explained me about home depod credit card. I wass not able to get my wallet at that moment but i have fe if someone turn it in they will call me. Because i didn't have my id w me i could apply on that moment for credit card but soonest i can i will... thank you Emily

If you have any questions regarding anything at the store the man to see is Tony at the pro Desk! He helped me answer a couple questions I had regarding product. Not only did he help me answer my questions he made sure to show me the different types of products that could benefit my project. Great customer service!

Easy in and out of the parking lot, lots of spaces

Thank you to Rachel, Sam the ladies at the paint department as well as the person whom helped cut the wood. Every one was so friendly and helpful. Got to have all the things I needed.Thank you to all. A+ in customer service.

Overcrowded. Hard to navigate thru store with main isles blocked by piles of product. Long checkout lines.

Skip the wait for finding what you need only to find out they do not have it, save time by finding another "hardware store".
