The store was clean. I used the app to find exactly where my items were. I used self-checkout and realized their was no UPC code on the tape I was buying. Before I could even call for someone, a male cashier walked over and took the tape and looked it up. Great customer service!

i would not recommend purchase of carpeting from this store. we are still having problems with the carpeting we ordered two mouths ago. I would not recommend ordering windows, we ordered some and if I had not asked about them. would not have known that they had came in two weeks ago.

I had been working on a project to make a 22ft sandbox to put an above ground pool....i was extremely sore since I was working on it since 8am the other day...I had bought a wheelbarrow and got it home as i had to shovel an entire truck bed of dirt into our backyard....the wheel to the wheelbarrow was flat...i was so upset....i did not want to go back to Home depot as i was tired and so sore....i had no choice...i got to Home depot and was in no mood...i showed frustration and Roberto kindly offered to help...he took me to get a replacement and when I wanted to exchange it for another one he offered to get the wheelbarrow from garden that I left there and bring it to customer service so I didn't have to...i then changed my mind after since he told me about the flat free tire...he then offered to get the wheelbarrow and bring it back to garden without hesitation...i walked back to garden and purchased the tire....Roberto was so awesome!!!! He offered to replace the tire so I didn't have to swap it out....he took the wheelbarrow to the truck and then installed the wheel for me.....I have never EVER experienced this kind of customer service before!! He needs to be recognized!! He is a HUGE asset to Home depot....He is the reason I will go back to purchase the rest of my home project materials!! Thank you Roberto!

Store is easy to navigate. Great garden selection! Friendly staff. Cashier's Penny & Bailey are wonderful and helpful. Pleasant shopping experience. My first time to this store. Will make the commute to come to this location in the future.

great store - lowe's is right down the street... we only shop at home depot except for 1 plant Gaura which HD does not carry

Nampa Store is well stocked and employees are doing their part to keep customers and employees safe. Great selection of annuals and hanging plants in the Garden Department. Have now sectioned off part of lot for Customer Pick-Up which is helpful

I am very happy with this store and the simple way to find things with all the signs. The helpers are friendly and nice and find what you need. The store is clean and organized. Will return!

Don’t ever try to tell them but you didn’t get something when you got home, And ask for a refund, they will have to do an investigation and check security cameras to make sure you’re not a liar. Absolute crap

At Lowes they always ask for / give me my Veteran's discount. I forgot to ask the checker today until the total was rung up. I asked "Can I get my Veteran's discount" - showed my ID card. He just shrugged his shoulders and said "Too late now!" That was it. No suggestion of how to correct. I decided that perhaps I could still get the discount if I went to the customer service desk. The poor customer service person (one only) had 15 people waiting in line(1 lady coughing loudly) I left fast

Outstanding service going the extra mile

I'd like to give a shout out to this store and its great employees. I went in there last night after a long work-day just to get a few things. All the employees were so helpful whether they worked in the department I was asking about or not, they directed me where I needed to go. I was also impressed with the cashier that helped me. Her name is Penny, and she was really busy, but I didn't feel like messing with the self-serve lines. There was a customer in front of me that questioned the amount of the total, and wanted to go and check with the department person that had helped him. The cashier nicely cancelled the order and sent him to do what he wanted to do. I've been in other stores, where, as a means of apologizing to other customers for the wait, they (the cashiers) will make some negative remark about the previous customer, but Penny didn't. She just thanked me for my patience, rang up my order, and told me to have a nice evening, and all with a great smile. Amazing! Great experience after a long tiring day, and good to see there are still great customer-service people in the world.

We have a lot of questions on projects that we have never done before! Every employee that we asked for help- went above and beyond to help us and even demonstrate what we needed to do! Our projects were a success!
