The Nampa HD is always so friendly. Their employees are the best!

HD is my go to store for tools, supplies and materials. A Diablo wood and metal circular saw blade lost 16 of its 36 teeth in three passes through the material. HD refunded me and sold me a better on which worked perfectly. I was surprised that they didn't make the upgrade for free since i lost an hour or so of work in having to leave the job site because of the product failure.

This store is always clean and i know it well,i have been shopping here for the past 9 years very conveient for my construction and improvement needs

This is my favorite store i shop around to get the best price for projects around my house, my wife and i are on a fixed income so best price and value is how we shop, Home Depot offers both and we love the staff at this location ,they are very friendly and helpful.

This is the best store with the best employees! Everyone is always in a good mood, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store is also one of the cleanest and best laid out of all the Home Depots I've been in. Great selection but they will work with you if you can't find exactly what you are looking for and make each visit a personable experience.

Top customer service, most of the stuff in stock.

Tonight we went looking for tools for a repair, but left with Christmas decorations! It wouldn't have happened without the magnificent effort they make to display their product and the helpfulness of the associates. They helped up pack up what we were looking for and we're excited to put up our new decorations. Those tools we originally went in for will come in handy as well.

Great employees. But their installer was a joke. I took time off my job to be home for a front door install and they Never showed up. Never returned calls when we called to find out what happened. Turns out they showed up hours before and never bothered to call while at our house but waited for the next day when they called to see if I wanted to reschedule. Never apologized and wanted to reschedule me two more weeks out after they made the mistake. I felt Home Depot could have made more effort to get a sooner date to accommodate the mistake. If a business does not have even basic customer service one has to wonder what quality of work they would do. Unwilling to find out We will find another option in the future. It was a very disappointing experience attempting to use their installer

Upon my arrival to the Nampa store (driving from the Eagle store directly) to pick up the balance of tiles I purchased at the Eagle store (Eagle had 49 packs...needed another 21), the service attendant promptly walked with me to the stock/tile isle and assisted me in loading the cart. Very friendly and cooperative!

The store has great brands including Echo. I appreciate the large selection of quality plants as well. My cashier Melissa was friendly and efficient.

I cannot recommend this or any store that requires me to wear a mask. The mask policy infringes on my personal liberty. I am smart enough to make risk assessment.

The cashier Tracey was very helpful in getting my order delivered.

Store was clean everyone was helpful but my cashier tracey, she could see i was from out of town and didnt know what to do or who to turn to. She came right to me got what i needed and helped me get back out before I could catch my breath. I cant wait to come back to town and im looking for HER when I go to Home Depot!!

great clerks, this was about 2 years ago. my late husband and i and my twin sister went to home depot to buy my husband a stand for his table saw. it was for his birthday. we were in line , mark and my sister beside the carted gift. some people behind them. i finished paying for the stand. i then said, " and now a song!" i started singing happy birthday to my husband. everyone looked a little startled, then the cleark started singing with me, then my sister, then the people behind us. everyone had a smile on their face and were singing with gusto. it was one of the best days i had with my late husband. your the best, home depot.

I bought a gas fire pit and I was so happy with it I went in a few months later and bought another one! I asked for help getting to my cart, because it was so heavy! I Received help in a timely manor. I was also happy that homedepot required masks for all who entered.
