Customer service is a 10!

Wow the people at home depot seem friendlier.. especially one named Bonnie..went above and beyond today. They need more like her.

I went to Home Depot to get a few supplies to prime my floor before new flooring. I asked which primer will be best to cover the floor before my new flooring goes on. The employee didn’t know and he made me seem that I was wasting his time, he just walked away.

My husband and I visited this store to buy new exterior doors. We had intentions to buy 3 new doors but only left with one. This is due to the fact that it took 4 employees and about 2 hrs to get help with simple questions. We had dimensions and photos for reference . We had a few questions regarding the door jam size because we couldnt find a door we liked with the same size . The first 3 employees were genuinely apologetic to us for not being able to help . The 3rd employee did take us to the cabinet section so someone could help us just order the door in the correct size . The woman working in the cabinet section ( Short dark peppery hair , lots of "patches" on her apron) ignored us and the employee who brought us over as she was chatting with her friends and petting a dog . After she was able to give us her attention and the other employee explained our needs she gruffly let us know she only had 20 minutes. So feeling rushed I told her that we found a door we wanted but couldnt find one with the right jam size. She stared at me like i was stupid , so i said i felt like she couldnt understand me so I switched spots with my husband . She then threw the same attitude towards my husband . Confused further and feeling stupid she directed us to buy a Jamb Kit . She took us over to show us ( rudely) where they where and showed us the door we needed. Again this door was a smaller jamb size than we needed but without asking us specifics about the home or looking at the pictures we mentioned she told us thats the door we needed. We are still unsure if the door will work because the jamb kit is still not the depth we need. This employee made my husband and I feel stupid and less prepaird than before. Home depot Boasts on helping us Do It Yourself but this employee didnt stand by that and I will hesitate to go to Home depot without knowing EXACTLY what I need.

Laura is an amazing customer service rep at the store. Employees were ready and able to help me get a nice adjustable height Husky work table and tool chest for my husband for Christmas. Bought it early before items run low. Also used a 12 month option to pay w no interest! Awesome!

Sandra was so nice and a pleasure to work with. It made me feel like I mattered.

I purchased paint and shutters. The gal at the paint counter was helpful and got me a gallon of the correct base paint instead of what I brought up.

I was having issues with my new card and both the cashier and customer service employees were very nice and helpful.

Store is nice and keeping stocked is difficult (at this time). New employees every where, some are learning and figuring out what tools do what. As a Veteran I liked the idea of a 10% discount. Lots to do, little money to do it. BUT, 10% ONLY on a limited selection of items is false, bate and switch, I'll go else where.. Don't advertise a discount, to be discovered after paying on a $286.67 purchase is only $1.48 discount.

The customer relations exhibited by the employees at the Nampa store cannot be any where else we have shopped recently. It is obvious the employees put there customers first and value them. They are knowledgeable and always eager to help.

Other then the "over heating dog" in the car and employees not caring, the employees were helpful as always! I needed white paint that was semi gloss, and the young man not only knew where to find the premade paint but he mixed it too. Someone also showed me where the Ryobi tool display was.

Store employees are plentiful and helpful. Didn't have to go searching for someone to help. The cashier went over and beyond helpful to ensure that I got my order correct.

Customer service was disappointing and ended up returning one of the garage shelves I purchased due to quality issues.

I can always count on my Local Nampa Home Depot 2 have all that I need 4 my projects!

I was having a problem about a return, was told that they could not return the item without a receipt. I went to the service desk and this nice lady named Tracey took the time to look up my order thru my credit card and refunded my money for the returned stock. Thank you to Tracey!!!

This store needs better customer service. I am so tired of going into stores where I spend hard earned money and can't get service. I look all over to get assistance and I get crickets. I go to the front to speak with a manager and the gals are nice up there. They paged a manager, I waited about 10 minutes the manager never showed up. The help desk lady was totally embarrassed. I told her to leave the manager a message. This is my problem, "no customer service, not even with management".

The Nampa Home Depot store is my favorite place to shop. They have everything, and if they don't they will order it!

This store is not maintained like the other ones, it has too much stuff in the isles and not one employee asked if we needed help.

To much stuff in the middle f the isles and not one employee asked if we needed any help, which we did, so we grabbed something and then walked the rest of the store to see if we could find what we were looking for.
