I went in a little indecisive about the color for my bedroom. The woman behind the paint counter was so helpful and so friendly. Helped me make the right choice! The color is perfect and it only took one coat!

Employees are always friendly and try to help the best they can. Decent selection and quantities on hand. Easy in and out. I prefer this one over others.

Cashier melynda was the icing on the cake today. Extremely friendly and still fast while we chatted

I always like going to Home Depot. They always have what I need and the customer service is great.

Can’t thank Luwana enough for her help find what I was looking for when they did not have anyone working in the appliance department.

Too many cooks in the kitchen ! One person to measure, one at an undisclosed location on the phone that is the ONLY one allowed to make adjustments to the order/measurement, and the associate in the store who is stuck with the other two peoples work while dealing with the customers' wants and changes. This system is innefficient and very inflexible and caused needless $$ on our part for unnessary materials. Also took over three hours in the store trying to get the order straight while on the phone with the undisclosed third party who still got it wrong. FRUSTRATION

We needed a supply that was in stock but on the rafters. It didn’t take long to get help and get the item down. Also very clean bathrooms.

Rude employee, asked to speak with someone about employee being rude and confrontational...no manager ever showed up. Customer service is trash. All home Depot are the same except for the employees, I can get supplies anywhere why go where you get treated like trash.

Took a saw back that was brand new and in the original packaging. Because it was a few days past a month since purchase, they would only issue a store credit and would not credit my card. So I am now stuck with paying $200 and do not need to purchase anything. What a cheap policy and no room for a manager to step in and do the right thing...bad service always at this store!!

The employees are great and service is fantastic. Just wish they would clean up the store and take a little pride.

I'm a 71 yr old woman with little carpentry experience. My husband passed from Covid so now projects are all in my hands. I wanted to build a target for shooting and had no idea how to do this. I went to an employee and asked if he could use his creative mind to help me make something simple. He spent several minutes helping me come up with ideas that I had the capacity to accomplish. He even cut the wood to the correct lengths to complete this project.

Friendly and always helpful and everything is always available even if it''s out of season.

Experience needs improvement

I had a terrible experience with a purchase, and I was getting the run-around until I spoke with one of the managers named Kellee. She took the time to listen and ask questions. Then she took the steps needed to correct the problem. The problem was with a third party, but Kellee wouldn't rest until I was satisfied, and I had received my purchase. Then Kellee went above and beyond by making sure that I was taken care of. This is what true customer service looks like. I thought real customer service was long dead, but I was wrong. Thanks to Kellee, Customer Service at this Home Depot is alive and well. Thank You Kellee!!

Home Depot has some of the best light bulbs and light fixtures, both indoor and outdoor, under one roof!! If you need new bulbs or fixtures, HD is the placet to go!!

I was given a piece of paper which directed me to a website to get a veteran's discount. Other stores in my area just let me show my VA card.

Lauren in paint has an excellent eye for color matching. She nailed it better than the machine. Highly recommend asking for Lauren. Friendly and willing to help♡
