I bought some paint awhile ago and it was too light in color. I went in to see if some tint could be added to the paint to darken it up. It was my lucky day because of three young ladies that worked in the paint department. Jazmin, Millie, and Tiffany were the three employees that helped me. They were incredible with their customer service. This is hands down one of the best experiences that I've ever had. They went the extra mile to make sure the paint color was just right. They went back and forth with different tints of colors until they nailed it. I certainly hope that Jazmin, Millie, and Tiffany are recognized for their incredible customer service skills. The world needs more of this on it. On top of the service they had great personalities and nothing but kindness. They went WAY ABOVE my expectations and WAY BEYOND great customer service. It was a great experience. Five Stars isn't even enough to rate this. Excellent job ladies!

I’ve had a terrific experience twice now ordering flooring at this Home Depot.

If you need anything appliance related go see Michael Eliason. He provides a quality experience. Old school American hand shake, looks you straight in the eye, treats you right, is kind and has so much knowledge it even made my head spin.

I would have rated excellent but the young employees were not sure of exactly what we needed. Correct engine oil and chain. The chain worked out okay and the oil did too after I pointed out in the operators manual that a specific engine oil is required.

Dark, cave-like - unless there were lights directly overhead in the Fasteners and Hardware aisles. Saving money??? In the Tool area, there are displays all lit up!!! The District and Regional officers should grow up and actually listen to the customers. They make changes "for the better" of the store, not the customer.

Romanoff employees were so rude on arrival that they got in a tussle with another subcontractor on-site and refused to install the carpet. I asked them to just leave the carpet and pad and I’d install it myself. They refused to leave it and drove off with the carpet I had already paid for. I made arrangements through Home Depot to go pick up the carpet at Romanoff only to discover that I would not be able to pick up the pad that I had also purchased. In trying to unwind everything and get a refund, I was dinged 15% restocking fee. Dealing with the Romanoff crooks was top 2 worst consumer experiences in my life!

I came in to do a return on a purchase that was over 90 days, but I paid with the Home Depot card—so there is a year to return. The products were all very expensive and in brand new unopened condition. Try as they might, the cashier Kacie was only only able to process on of my returns. Sensing my frustration she got a supervisor to help. Toni was able able to process one additional item and she called a store manager for more help. Kyle came and got Roni to call Home Depot online. After a quick ten minutes Kacie, Roni and Kyle saved the day and got all of my returns processed. They were friendly and patient even when I was less so. I am very impressed with my experience at the Nampa Home Depot!

If you don't mind listening to heavy rock and roll while making substantial financial purchasing decisions, HD seems to have a lot of inventory. I would not know for sure because i could not stay in the store and find out. No one was able to help.

Great place to shop and to deal with salespeople.

I've shopped this store since moving here in 2008. The quality, assortment and staff have earned my allegiance.

Just had a great interaction with two amazing individuals at this Home Depot. I was returning an item. While getting it taken care of the employees began talking about the pro x account. I ended up signing up. Both Jesse and Valley were very polite and friendly. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding customer relations skills. These two set the bar high.

From the help desk to the floor workers to the check out person, everyone was extremely helpful !

Every time I’m in the store, I am greeted and always asked if I need help finding anything.

I used to shop at Home Depot quite often but started to get frustrated with lack of adequate staff, but we have been using them quite a bit lately and primarily because we have been getting such great advice and assistance. They also seem to have most everything I am looking for, I just wish they would expand the items available for the military discount.

Over the years we have purchased many products from HD. Appliances, tools, lumber, and gardening supplies. Have always been treated well, associates are knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Especially helpful for a woman, especially one my AGE! 87!

Year and half ago bought Tuff Shed and recently dryer and carpet

Jessica, and other associates at this store were very friendly and helpful during my multiple recent visits! Employees like these are always a company’s greatest asset!

I checked online, and their website indicate plenty of what I was looking for. None in stock! Most of the flat top carts are full of stock waiting for an employee to empty it, and there are none for the customers. Seems to be a problem with this location only.

We had a great lady in the appliance center while buying a chest freezer. She checked us out in no time. Experience was great!

I rented a roto tiller from a store rep. Rep needed help loading into my truck and Ray came out to help load. He gave me a lot of tips after finding out I had used a tiller only once before. Ray advised me about the common mistakes made by operators and how to avoid them. Additionally he asked about the soil I would be working in. After the question, he gave me a plan of how to do it. He smiled and asked if I was comfortable with operating the tiller and said to call the store right away if I had any questions or problems. His advice saved me at least 3-4 hours.

Made the journey to this store , website is always handy for finding things in stock , very pleased with customer service , yes I will be back again

I am a new resident in Idaho with my own house. So, all has been great. I had my carpet replaced because I could smell the pea from the person who I lived in my house before. I have a dog, but he is well trained and goes outside when he has to go.

Did not have to worry about not having anyone that could answer our questions or help us find the product we went in to buy. This made our shopping experience easy, friendly and stress free.

Love our Nampa Store! Same and Brad are our favorites!
