The Home Depot store always have strong customer service experience. They are always helpful and friendly in what they do. I just want to say Thank You for all that you do and to keep up the excellent work.

Products are easy to find and store employees are always helpful.

I am an angry customer. We placed an order to be delivered, chose a date for delivery and paid extra for a specific time window, The day of delivery no one showed. We went to the store to find out the status and at that point we were told that "oh by the way your delivery date has been changed and so has the time slot that you chose that works for you"...you know that customer that paid for the products. No one called to say that the delivery wasn't going to happen or even ask if we could accept the delivery on the day and time that THEY chose. The manager response was "yeah this happens"...Great! Thanks for that, very helpful. He also suggested that we tell whoever comes to deliver the items on the day that THEY chose in the time slot that works for them that it was supposed to come last week and MAYBE they would return the money that we paid for to secure a specific time slot. Again. Great job there. very helpful.

Mangment in complaint dep. Rude, and no help at all. All they call do is put you on hold, and switch you from 1person to another (Steve) both people, so far have called me a "LIER".

Clean and orderly. Employees are eager to assist. Happy with my overall experience!

Sales Cashier Chris was rude, after trying to explain to him that he was scanning a credit card barcode not a coupon he thought I was mad so he began to be rude and rolled his eyes when I asked him a question about the receipt being emailed. It was an awful experience, I wasn’t angry but by the end of the interaction I was frustrated by the poor customer service. Regardless an attitude isn’t ever recommend when working in customer service, if you can’t be at the least polite find a new job. Maybe fast food, in the kitchen.

I bought a push mower May 19th & had a fantastic experience. I had to return the mower on May 20th because a part was bent. I had fuel in the tank & was told I had to return the mower at the 41st street store. I went to the parking lot to empty the fuel tank & another employee said he'd take me in to get the mower returned. That experience was fine. As I was leaving I stopped by the customer service desk & was ignored, so I left without them doing the exchange

Absolutely love this store! The associates are there to help and by golly they do! If you have questions they will answer them and offer any suggestions that might help. I was so impressed with the service I received! And ladies don’t be afraid to go in this store it is awesome when you are treated with respect and they listen to you. I was truly happy with my experience! And I bought a new refrigerator and that really made me happy. Thank you!

Store has what I've needed and if not, then they can order it for me. Store is clean. I gave 4 star because a lot of times when I go in, I usually have to find someone to help me to get what I need but, I guess the exercise is good for me. Thank you Home Depot.

I'm a big fan of Home Depot but during this crisis (covid19) the check out is more complex than it need be. The so called "expedite your purchase" is flawed. I was told to give the cashier a card that the line helper handed me and the cashier took the card, scanned it and then scanned all my items which double charged me for everything!! I had to make a second trip to the store for a refund! CAREFUL PEOPLE! Don't be in too big of a hurry. It's not that urgent!

Dirty, cluttered, no bodies around to help when i needed it! 3 handicap carts in the store and all were junk! Id suggest Getting new ones!! Extremely disappointed in this store!

I've shopped here for years and it was always under staffed and hated to have to come here but in the last 3 years this place has totally flipped around its a joy to come here the staff is knowledgeable and I don't have a problem getting what I need and I don't have to search for help they are quick to help two thumbs up great job

I am in this Home Depot location regularly and the staff has always been very helpful. I have never had a bad experience. Some in the plumbing and tools departments have even gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. You are guaranteed a repeat customer because of them.

Gina is by far the nicest customer service rep I have ever experienced! She is genuine in her concern for my customer needs! She also remembered me from last time I was in there. Which was really impactful as well as a customer that is not very frequent.

This store downtown, it's always hard to find an employee to help you and if your lucky enough to find one they usually can't answer our question or they have to look for someone else to help or we get this isn't our department my wife and I are disabled so it's hard for us to search the store for help we don't even try anymore, the only reason we still use this store is because we live downtown.but if we're out and need a home improvement store we go to Lowe's even this we don't have a card for there.
