I drove specifically to the store because the apps said product was available. On arriving there was nothing on the shelf but stock was located in the overhead bins. Repeated request to store personnel for help to retrieve the items was is ignored. I finally gave up and went to another store to purchase what I needed. The store isles were packed with items that had not been put away. Very disappointing.

This store always seems to busy and I think its because they have excellent customer service and they always have what you need when you need it!

Worst treatment I've experienced in any store. Sales associates try in vain to avoid every customer in the store leaving myself and a few other customer looking bewildered as to where anyone, or anything, was. I won't be visiting this store again.

Clean friendly customer service.

Saturday mornings are a mix of contractors and regular people and the employees are able to cater the needs of both groups. It is an inspiring experience because there are varying degrees of skill level with regard to home repair projects as well as gardening projects. The store atmosphere is motivating as everyone is preparing for a project and others are sharing information. The employees at the store are facilitating that exchange and sharing their professional expertise.

I received phenomenal service at this Home Depot location. I came in just a few minutes before close one night, wanting to buy a microwave they were offering on special. The model was sold out, all other stores were out of stock, and none were available for purchase online, either. However, Gina promised that she would take care of me. She told me to call back the next day, upon my return, she greeted with a warm welcome and ended up being able to sell me the display model on discount. Ron helped me with the rest of the process, and showed me excellent customer service throughout. I am blown away by the kindness and cheerfulness by these two individuals and their dedication to ensure their customers’ satisfaction!

This store needs more employees! They also need a more helpful attitude! It stays busy, hire more employees!

Customers Service people clearly hate their job. Maybe you should find a job that you like rather than being rude to people who are trying to return an item. Seriously, life is short do what you love!!!

What a selection of household item available. Service is great. THE HOME DEPOT lives forever.

I always find someone to help, even if I am looking confuse someone will come up and ask if I need help, very friendly and knowledgeable. Unlike some stores you can never find any help.

The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I wont go to any other box store.

This store has no concern for customers and definitely not disabled veterans. Worst store home depot has.

Hank was awesome help me save money and great customer service

I asked a man who said he went by the name of “Gusty” for help finding a light bulb and he went absolutely above and beyond to help me. He walked me to the correct section, explained the different wattages to me (I’m a new homeowner), and even opened the light I was purchasing just to make sure we had the correct fit. He was so kind and so helpful! Not only did it make my experience at Home Depot better, but it was the highlight of my day.

Only place and location I will do my business. Everyone was great and and I learned that HD not only cares about their customers but their community also.

Usually does great, Tammy was kinda rude to a kid one time I was there but that's really the only bad thing about the store. Literally everybody else is great, she just sounds really difficult to work with and kinda scared me from coming back for about a week but I got a house that needs renovating so u know I'm coming back lol

anytime there's something you need, even if it's not at a store, you can go to customer service and you can order it online and have delivered to your home or straight to back to the store and pick it up there.

I would love to see this store cleaned up the walking areas a little more. There were a lot of displays in the way. I don't know what they would do when the holidays come. Also, when I go into this store, I look for an agent first, so I don;t have to waste time in the store. Don;t get me wrong, when I have time, as a man I love walking around the store looking for the next items for home repair or decorate my home.

Nobody is wearing a mask during a global pandemic. Extremely disappointing.

Not enough staff. Can't get any help, but should you find someone, they seem bothered by your request. Go to the Owasso store. They are friendly, helpful and AVAILABLE.

Very nice friendly associates throughout the store, nice and neat, but I would like for you guys to award Carlos in electrical ! He help me find my stuff that I needed and so nice! Very hard working guy! I totally give him 5 stars !! Thanks to Carlos in electrical!!
