Tall guy with glasses took time and cut the pieces of wood I purchased.

My husband and I have a handyman business. We are at Home Depot’s and the other home improvement store on a daily basis. We always check out on the pro side where the best checker always works, Cheryl. She helped us open our pro rewards account and consistently reminds us to scan the i.d. when we forget. She is always friendly and helpful. Marlin, one of the managers is also a very helpful, friendly, & a hard working employee. Many managers these days don’t think they need to work hard. This Hime Depot has always been great for customer service for us!

Service at the North Tulsa store is always polite and informative. Associates take the time to explain the best options available and are always available. The Depot associates are the reason I shop here and not at the other large home stores.

I am just standing in line and the loader came up to help a customer to load her stuff and the cashier got on the intercom and called for a loader and he was already there. He told her that he was right there and the cashier said in the rudest voice possible that he should of told her he was there already. That wasn't needed for her to be that way. This hasn't been the only time I've been in this store and employees have been rude!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had obtaining a service or product in my life. Reserved a Penske truck for moving college student home. Confirmed Sunday morning pickup via phone con with Tulsa store employee several days in advance. Show up 8 am …. No one knows anything. They find my reservation but not sure what they have outside, figure out they do have a 16’ truck ( had reserved a 12’) but can’t find any of the keys for any of the 3 trucks they have. Don’t have the blankets I reserved either and can’t find any at other stores. They finally find a single key and after nearly an hour there I leave with a truck but no blankets. To be fair the employee who helped me was able to shake off the attitude and truly help solve the situation. I was there 1/2 hours before I was even hopeful they could get me a truck…. Very bad feeling thinking I’d have to find an alternative on Sunday morning.

I could not get anyone to help me in the shore or to help load.

I walked in the store and there were employees ready to help. Keisha walked me around helping me get everything I need. She answered all my questions. Since I am a single, female homeowner, getting this great service makes me feel good.

Stopped at the Home Depot downtown Tulsa, Ok and was directed to the area by a nice and friendly cashier. Looked at the storm doors before approaching the guy at the desk who I asked to look at the item I wanted and who didn’t hesitate to help. He answered my question and lo and behold the deal was done. I got he door I wanted!

I had a store credit and didn't know how to use the credit card for purchases

This store treats me like my second Home. The staff almost makes me feel like they are my family. Sometimes they help more then Family.

Everyone was so nice and greeted me and also made sure I was always helped. Definitely recommend!

Carla the Sales Cashier was very helpful and friendly

Often it's difficult to find personnel to help find things in the store. However, today 2 floor personnel approached me to offer help (I wish I knew their names, but both were such kind and considerate women; one helped me find the lockboxes and the other asked if I needed help, likely because of the confusion on my face when I got turned around). Another gentleman gave me very clear directions to find the zip ties I needed, a 4th gentleman helped me find additional lockboxes that I hadn't seen before (again, I wish I had names!). Lastly, my checker, JJ, was very friendly and when I mentioned I was working on a rental unit, pointed me towards the Home Depot Business credit card program. Great people today!

My fiancé and I stopped into this location to look at some of the fridges that were on promo for Black Friday. Unfortunately we arrived after the appliance consultants had left for the day. We were able to flag down an associate who offered to get us a manager to help us and this is when we met perhaps the kindest Home Depot employee I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with in quite some time- Janet. She took the time to help us find the perfect fridge to fit our needs and made the entire experience painless even though I’m sure it was the end of an insanely long Black Friday day. She listened to what we were looking for and helped us compare features and gave us input on the different brands. This is what all star customer service looks like and I’m super excited to get our new fridge.

If you work with the pro desk ask for Nakeisha, She will take care of you and make you happy. A Pleasure to do business with and will go back to home Depot because of Her.

Shawn is amazing. Appreciate how helpful and quick he was to get a lift and get me out in record time. Even help us load everything.

This is a great store ,downtown since we live downtown as many people!e do great prices nice people ,close to home
