I drive out of my way to shop at this store. Otto in appliances was superb.

Handicap parking was inconvenient as you were either parked close to the entrance or the exit but not both since they are quite separated. I was given direction to correct department when I asked. Shelves were a bit bare and shabby in the portable heaters dept. My cashier, Nancy, was quick and very friendly. Hope product works well.

Great curbside help.

I absolutely love this place and this location they have a rockstar crew. Gina, Javonte, Sean, Donovan, Keisha, Cecilia, Ron, are just to name a few of the people I deal with on a weekly basis with the company that I run. Every one of these people have gone above and beyond sometimes spending hours with me doing will cause and Order pickups. They are always friendly always very helpful and they all are specialist in Home Improvement! Give this location to try and I promise you won't be disappointed I highly recommend this location to everyone I employee and work with. I am 1,000% satisfied and will be a lifetime Customer because of the people that are employed for Home Depot. You guys should be very proud of your staff!!

Beware if you order flooring be sure and watch as they prepare it or you may come up short We did We’d moved all appliances out of kitchen, installer prepped it...then found it short Had to return it all Reschedule our installer Take another day off work Leave my renter with out appliances in her kitchen for 4 days while we wait on installer to work us in for the next try

More employee's , especially in the lumber department

Customer service during the day is very nasty. Ive had to buy pallets of cement from this loaction and have waited well over 30 minutes for someone to "help" me load them on my truck. The three times i have shopped here have been horrible. I have been told to track down forklift drivers throughout the store and have to repeatedly ask them not to forget about me. I am not strong, 5'2, and have 3 kids with me i can not load 42 80lb bags of cement onto my truck is the only reason i ask for help. Luckily the last time i went my husband came along and he loaded the first half of the pallet after waiting 30 min for someone to forklift. We almost began to camp outside waiting! Now you might think the employees are helping other customers but the two times i was sent to find a driver or loader i find them alone.

This is the best Home Improvement Store! Thanks of qualified, knowledgeble and helpfull Home Depot Employes I am able to improve my home by my self. Thank You!!!

Everyone in this store downtown of north Tulsa is very helpful. Its very clean, including the bathrooms. All associates have always been friendly. Products in quantity are always available. When I've visited a few in south Tulsa, no one seems to know anything.

Ashley is a great employee! Great service and friendly and made sure I had help with getting items to my car.

This is a great store. A lot of the staff are professionals in their area. I bought very nice kitchen for a good price a few years ago, which is holding up well with decent renters.

If you are going to shop. Go to this Home Depot. The employees are solid to deal with and their product is fully stocked and easy to navigate thru the store.

This store is probably one of my favorites to shop at due to the employees. The people are always friendly and supportive to an individual such as myself that doesn't always know how to build stuff etc.

This store is very clean, employees are very professional and eager to help. I want to say even though in the home improvement department things can be stressful. Go to this location and they will make sure you have everything needed for whatever project you need. You are met with smiling faces and will be asked in a matter of minutes what you need or hey what project are you working on? Thanks downtown home depot team, for making a cloudy day much better.

We had to replace our old refrigerator and Otto in the appliance dept was very knowledgeable and super pleasant. Made replacing the fridge as good and easy an experience as we could've hoped for. Thanks, Otto, for all of your help.
