Great store with great people!

Not a single employee wearing a mask or gloves. One coughed down the isle, then approached me much too close, and asked if I need help. Completely irresponsible and careless. Obviously, Home Depot does not care about their employees nor their customers health and welfare. They just want your money.

Great location to get everything you may need for your day. Staff always friendly and attentive to your needs with great advice to boot! True professionals.

The store is neat and organized at this particular visit the associates were not available. It could have been due to call offs, and I understand somethings are beyond management control. I still will shop at Home Depot, because 99% of the time associates are very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable of the store products.

Employees at this Oro Valley Home Depot are exceptionally courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. What more could a customer ask for?

The people are very friendly and helpful. The only reason that they get four stars and not five is that the store is small. As a result, they do not rent tools like other Home Depots and their stock is a little limited. That being said, it is MY STORE. I go here first and find 99% of what I need,

Great customer service especially in appliances. They know all the products and are very helpful. Store is very clean.

The register card readers in this store have not worked for several weeks. The cashiers respond "we've told management about it". The store is not properly maintained. merchandise is not pulled to the front of shelving and pallets causing you to "dig" to retrieve the items. As a shopper with 30 years retail executive experience, its apparent that this store lacks leadership.

Fortunate store is right around the corner. Nice staff that always treat me well. Ever had an issue that was not resolved at the lowest level. They treat all with respect and I love my vet discount.
