Worker in lumber was extremely helpful by cutting my wood, suggesting the best product for my use and getting me a carrier to transport the wood from the store.

The Garden Center has what I need, when I need it. There are always employees ready to answer questions about plants. As a new resident of Arizona, I really appreciate guidance and advice!

I came into this location looking for window borders for a DIY project. When I saw the boards were 11’ I immediately knew I was going to need assistance with cutting. I asked an older gentleman for assistance with it, and he told me I had to do myself. I told him I didn’t know how to, and he said “it’s easy.” And walked away. I spent about an hour cutting the wood with a hand saw. When it came to cutting the edges to 90° angles, I struggled. Finally, a young man named Patrick came to ask me if I needed help. I explained I was under the impression I had to do it myself. Patrick was extremely polite and helpful. He cut the wood to my liking and gave me perfect angles. Patrick is definitely the sole reason I will return to this location. Thank you, Patrick! Your kindness has not gone unnoticed.

Every time I go to this store to buy an item, they never have it in stock. I am always told "You have to order it on your website". NEVER EVER ORDER ON HOME DEPOT WEBSITE. IT'S A TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

The store help at this HD has always been excellent. This particular Home Depot and their cashiers up front on weekend mornings? They need to go to customer service refresher courses, a couple hundred times. I hate going to this Home Depot because of the cashiers

this HD is neat and clean all the shelves are stocked & it is easy to find help All the employees are observing coved 19 safety protocols I can allways get help with heavy items and loading my car

I live in Tolleson Az , The store in Tuscon carries just what i need I will be traveling 160 miles round trip. I bet you think this is crazy but this store has what i need without charging a shipping charge of 256.00 like mobile home part stores. I love home depot

It’s hot and humid in Oro Valley, AZ and wearing a mask can be difficult. My husband and I were standing in the self service line with 2 full baskets when #0481 volunteered to check us out at her register. This enabled us to finish much quicker and we appreciated her friendly manner. I only wish I remembered her name. THANK YOU #0481!!

I am now going to the store since the pandemic occurred. My wife has to stay home safe due to heart failure, so I have no idea what I am doing or where I am going. The workers here are super nice and friendly. They understood I was lost and needed help. I was taken care of the first time and still 4 months later, they are nice to me. And I love the self check out. Makes life a lot easier.

Attentive, friendly and very helpful employees

The store is always clean, and the employees are extremely helpful in every department in the store. With items that I can't reach, colors that I need to match, bathroom, kitchen items needed for job. And a list from a contractor that I have no idea what to get or understand and they do. I will always recommend everyone to this store, & if they need assistance to go to the pro desk & talk to either Wendy, Mike, or Tavo or any other pro staff working they will always help you

If you're expecting employees to respect safety measures, don't go here.

Saw only two employees with face coverings, cashier had no problem standing two feet away and breathing all over us and our purchases. One employee said, “talking to people for 8 hrs wearing a mask would drive me crazy.” Yet store has the audacity to mark six ft spaces at checkout. I wear a face cover to protect others. Obviously, Home Depot does not care about its customers. Will not shop here again. Maybe a lesson in the definition of “a symptomatic” would benefit this store manager.
