The Associates at this store are very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to answer our questions and help us to load up a BBQ in our car. We have always received great service here and will shop this store over others in Spokane. This store is always clean and in stock.

I came in for a project that for some people would be easy. However, I am a beginner at a lot of home improvement, minus painting. I had an idea of how I was going to approach my project and hoped that the employees at Home Depot could help. I made the best decision asking Willie and Josh for help. The two of them were quick to help me, customize my request, cut everything to my specifications (even double confirming my measurements before cutting [measure twice, cut once]) all while smiling and laughing. I left with a lot of confidence that I would be successful with my project, and I was. If you run into Willie or Josh, just know that they will help you as best as they can. My interaction with them put me in a great mood for the rest of the day. A+ employees.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD, NO SERVICE.

Ladies at pro desk are great

This store has gone downhill quick. I used to be able to get help, now employees run the other way. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I had another horrible experience today, and it's the last one. Customer service could not figure out how to order an item from another store to this store, and I ended up having to drive 30 mins each way to get my item that they did not have enough in stock of. The first gentlemen that was helping me, ran off and left me with someone else to help me and while she struggled, two other employees were within 3 feet of her and offered no help at all and just stood there and watched her struggle. I just feel like they don't want my business anymore, and though I've spent tens of thousands here over the last 7 years, I will not be doing that again.

After visiting this store tonight my fiancé and I left ecstatic as we found everything we needed to completely re-do all of the light fixtures in our house. Bill was amazingly helpful in that there was two light fixtures that we wanted and he went above and beyond to get them from the very top shelf out of the pallet they were in. As we continued to shop while Bill did that for us, another employee Kelly helped us sort through lightbulbs and was very educated when it came to pairing them with the dining room fixture we had picked out. Lets just say these two employees went above and beyond in helping us with our experience tonight. We only shop at Home Depot!

The atmosphere of the store is inviting, but I want to give recognition to a kid at the returns desk named Rob. I saw him help 2-3 customers at the SAME time, bouncing between them and keeping it efficient, they even applauded him and it put a smile on their faces and mine, he did all this whilst others at the returns desk we’re slacking off. That desk would be in shambles if he wasn’t there that day. Kudos to the kid, going above and beyond. It was a sight to see.

Late at night just before closing, two gentlemen assisted me with deciding on vinyl plank flooring. They were patient and helpful. Last, at checkout, I received cheerful service from a woman named Pam. We had a great conversation, a nice way to end the day.

The store is always well stocked, clean, neat, and well lit. I almost always can find what I'm looking for but if I can't, store staff is always able to help. I haven't stumped one yet.

The customer service is immaculate, especially at the returns desk with that kid rob, he really makes my experience 10x better just by him being him, being kind, genuine, and surprisingly funny. My returns are always tough and weird and he always ends up being the person handling them, he makes it seem so seamless and makes my experience amazing. Keep him around forsure, the store is doing 10x better with him

Home depot is the best! We always have a good time shopping there. Employees offer help and you can find out how to do any project. If you need an appliance Ron is great help.

The cashiers need to pay attention to the customers at the pro desk area and check out and be aware that they’re swearing around kids like my 2 year old. Apparently catching up on the latest gossip and swearing was more important than customers. I don’t know that I’ll be back to this store after today’s experience. The only reason I gave this store two stars was that I was treated and greeted very nicely when I entered by the returns desk.

Don't expect appliances to be delivered when scheduled.

We are having our kitchen remodeled, Swain and Ernie in the cabinet dept have been awesome. David in the appliance dept has also helped us and been aweson

I went to look at washers and dryers. I wasn’t planning on buying but I had the best shopping experience. My sales associate was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a washer/dryer set and I am going back next week to buy kitchen appliances because of the great service and sale prices.

I would like this review to go to the CEOs of Home Depot. I have been shopping at store 4719 in North Spokane for years. I have been impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the floor associates in the various departments of their expertise. And the cashiers who have been there a long time have also been very good to check out with. I would have to say that this reflects on the store manager who sets the bar himself. That is a good thing! The store manager and his employees should be recognized and congratulated. This store is my favorite hardware/home improvement store in the county. Thanks!

If you have a customer service need, and you are nice person, the customer service desk is awesome. You be nice to them, they be nice to you. If you are a jerk, then stay home!

The employees are always in good moods, the store feels well stocked and organized. Every employee I've talked to has been helpful and efficient. The Store manager, Jay is awesome.

Just had the most wonderful experience with a phone in order! Kristina, at the service desk, was one of the most helpful customer service folks I have ever had the pleasure of working with. We got the job done and even had a few laughs in the process. I live 80 miles away from this Home Depot but next time I am in the area, I plan on stopping in to say hi. Great customer service. Cashier was rude and did not appear to want military people in her store. worst experience ever at HD. I will add this was only one associate. I normally am not treated so disrespectfully by store employees.

Ernie in the countertop department was very friendly and really seems to like his job. He is very knowledgeable about the products and made the entire process a pleasure. The department as well as the entire store was clean and well maintained with good product selection in stock.

Overall experience was successful satisfactory and yes I would go back there again and again thank you very much

JASON (SO NICE) IN THE LUMBER DEPARTMENT WAS AMAZING AND DEDICATED TO BEING CONCERNED ABOUT OUR NEEDS AND TRULY HAS A HEART TO HELP! The Hardware Dept. is by far the most efficient and friendly group of customer-service-oriented sales representatives in store #4719 Spokane!

Store was clean and well stocked. Found what I was looking for today without assistance from store associates. Our cashier, Darlene was friendly and helpful.

The employees are so knowledgeable and helpful and do everything in their power to keep everyone safe!
