We've been to this store several times recently since buying a new home. Our new home has needed a lot of work and every time we come to the store someone has helped us. We are very grateful for your exceptional staff and their support.

Tim is one of the best managers in the world very helpful very polite Diane the cashier was awesome she helped us all the way through. The north Spokane. Home Depot store is the best I would definitely recommend the store to anyone I believe five stars. It’s not enough. I would give them at least 100.

Dennis at the North Spokane home Depot, is one of the kindness most sincere employees I've ever had the privilege to have help me. He went above and beyond, I sure wish there were more employees that showed the same work ethic & awesome customer service as we were shown by Dennis! Because of him we will return! Thank you! Terrible experience at Home Depot today will not be returning. I went into Home Depot today and as soon as I walked in the door I got verbally harassed by an employee that already knew my first and last name. Keep in mind I don’t know this employee we are not friends or acquaintances. I just went on and ignored him to continue my shopping he continued following me throughout the store while I was shopping the whole timeAnd then as I am checking out at the pro desk he comes from behind the counter he is not the person ringing me out and starts running his mouth to me more. So I asked to speak to the store manager the store manager once I explain everything to him tells me that he is the manager and there’s nothing he can do about it. So I looked at him and said you are the store manager so there is something you can do you are just choosing not to. So after being stocked and verbally harassed by an employee and the manager refusing to do anything about it I took my merchandise that I paid for and will not be returning again

During my purchase pamela acknowledged the fact that my needs needed to be met.

I had another great trip to Home Depot. Their associates are always pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. The bathrooms are clean, too!

Until the 400$ cap is removed from the military discount no good reviews from me will come.

My negative review has nothing to do with the employees they were great. I was told I could return excess flooring i didn't need after I was done with my project then when I came to do so I was told I couldn't and would have to eat the $700. Ask all the questions you can first.

Flooring measure service politely refused to call me when they were on their way or 10min away, so I politely cancelled my $15,000 flooring install. Robot-like customer service from Ben, the person who I ultimately requested to cancel and refund the appointment. Sorry, but I'm not going to wait for two hours in a vacant house when my office is 10 minutes away. I guess that's more unreasonable than taking 30 seconds to call me.

Was worst customer service I’ve ever had. Felt like employees were annoyed I had the nerve to ask for help in buying what I needed . Bought wrong item since couldn’t get proper advise. I told myself I will never go back but I will one last time to return the item I bought . Hopefully they change employees attitudes . If not I hope people don’t put up with it there are many others that welcome my Business.

I have always been impressed with the knowledge the sales people have when I have come into your stores. They have always been super helpful when I have asked questions to find or how to solve my problem working on projects. They always know where or what isle I need to go to to find what item I need. They are super impressive.

The people at this store are very busy but always take the time to ask if they can help. I love that

The parking lot is filled with product and rental equipment making it hazardous to navigate.

Kitchen designer that attempted to help remodel my kitchen was incompetent. My plans were mixed up with another customers, she lied to try and cover up mistakes she made. She was rude when I questioned things. She never called me when she said she would. Order she put in was wrong twice! I canceled and will be going elsewhere

I went in yesterday (May 1, 2022) looking for a chime for my ring doorbell. My app said there were 6 in stock and it took me to aisle 4 bay 8. I got to the location and the chime was nowhere to be found. After talking to multiple team members and coming up empty handed, I happened to run into the manager, Tim. Tim looked like he was busy but I figured I’d ask for his help anyway and he dropped what he was doing to help me. We searched for the product number on the top shelves of aisle 4 to see if the extra stock was up there…eventually we ended up in aisle 48 and found the extra stock of chimes. The aisle was packed full of unorganized boxes because the location had just received a huge shipment (not Tim’s or any team members fault). Tim, with a smile on his face and a great sense of humor, moved a pallet out of the way, grabbed a ladder, and retrieved the product for me. This is the type of person I would want managing any business that I own and Home Depot should do whatever it takes to keep him!

I’ve shopped all over the state for a quality office desk. I found acacia wood table tops at Home Depot at a cost well below the mediocre finished tables I’ve seen in furniture stores. The employees I spoke with were specialists in their areas and helped me with the right tools and products to complete my project. Special shout out to Willie!

We had our kitchen redone 2 years ago via your services. We are still happy! Love the spaciousness, color, and all the new appliances.

In this time of supply chain issues, this store was fully stocked and had just what I needed.

I had my second remote garage door opener go bad today. Checked online for this store since I bought the garage door opener there. It stated that they had 3 in stock. Went to purchase the remote opener and there actually 9-10 new ones in stock. Cashier Taressa was very helpful and answered some question I Had. Got home and programed the remotes and they are working great.

I had a special project to do and the associate guided me to precisely what I needed (I wasn't exactly sure), saving me some money to boot!

I bought flooring recently. The product and service are excellent!

I am a contractor and used to waste mega time shopping prices but always ended up back at Home Depot because of their inventory, employee knowledge and pricing. They simply save my company time and money.

The employees at this store take great care of you and make sure all your questions are answered! Especially Tim! He took the time to answer all my questions and explain various things to me!

Thanks to the directions given where to look for products are required I was able to find what I needed swiftly and I checked out

Buy it all online they don’t carry anything & you have to stand around while waiting for a key to unlock everything
