Store was clean and product was easy to find! Very friendly

This store has great employees that are willing to help in anyway they can. Especially Emannuel. He helped me find what I needed and loaded it in a cart and then stayed with me until I checked out and helped me load on my trailer. Very courteous and kind. I would definitely recommend this store.

The store, employees, and products are better than the other home depot's and home improvement stores in my area.

This store is clean and friendly. If I would have needed help there would have been plenty of help. The self checkout has decreased counteracting with employees which we miss extremely.

Less than desirable customer service when trying to get supplies delivered for an Eagle Scout project. Opting for renting a uhaul truck at 1/4 the cost and patronizing a local vendor with a 30%’saving.

I love the location of my Home Depot but I would really love it if y’all had the same variety of knobs like the Cabot store. Their knob selection is amazing!

I had very good service today purchasing my new dishwasher. I was helped all the time . The store was clean .The associate was very friendly .

This store is very helpful and can find what I need and want. I've had several Ryobi products from this store over the years, and have good results with them. When there was a problem with one of them, customer service took care of it, and I was highly satisfied with the products and the store itself, and like their extended warranty and they good to honor it.

Store is easy to navigate. Look for Ed he's what you'd expect. Knowledgible and will help you find what your looking for. The cashier Machiva is kind and courtious and can handle several coustomers at once, with ease making everyone feel like number one.

The store was clean, well stocked with items to purchase, arranged very well, customers treated very well. Associates are always friendly and helpful.

I am always able to find what I need at Home Depot. Also, have purchased unique items that I haven't seen anywhere else. Sales people are super friendly.

While I am absolutely not a fan of the former owners politics. And will not use this company as a first choice for my needs. I did find this store and its employees amazing to work with and had a great experience.

PEOPLE AT PRO DESK ARE AMAZING!

Always seems to be understaffed and store employees are helpful if you intrupt them - no one has ever offered to help me. The paint department needs extra help during the noon to 3 time. Many workers want to get their merchandise during lunch hour. Management really needs to watch this department and schedule workers accordling.
