Great store, with everything stocked up.

Almost always shop at this store because it is conveniently located from work to home. I usually find what I want easily unless they are out of stock. Most of the workers will inquire if you need help, especially if you look lost or confused :)

I have always left out of this store with what I needed to get the job done. Everything was freshly stock and everyone was able to help me with my purchases. I understand why they are called home depot, because that's the kind of feeling you get. HOME

Employees do not know the products they're trying to sell, management can't help with problems. I would not recommend buying anything very expensive because if you need to return it's a nightmare.

I really needed information about a product I wanted to purchase. The floor employee was easy to find and helped point out where the product was. The cashier also helped me pick out another product which would help me to apply the first product I purchased. In and Out in less than 20 minutes!!! That's great considering I didn't even know what to buy when I went into the store!!

The store was clean and stocked. The employees were great. However, they don’t want to pay cashiers, so you have to check yourself out. Me and those machines tend to fight nearly every time, so I’m not happy about being forced to use them. They should just PAY SOME CASHIERS!!

Good luck on getting any assistance either on the phone or in person. You may want to check other Home Depot stores to see if there is a better price. The items I purchased at this location were more expensive than another Home Depot, however other store did not have items in stock.

Jeff and Ed are two guys that work there. They have helped me work through numerous projects, including installing a new water heater, fixing plumbing problems, fixing refrigerator lines, and fixing HVAC issues. I seriously go to the North Little Rock store because of those two, because I know they will help me figure things out if I am not 100% sure I know what to do. I take pictures of my projects, and they help me figure out the parts I need, and this saves me so much time. I seriously cannot appreciate them enough. Numerous other employees have been super helpful there too, but I don't know there names. But I really appreciate how helpful Jeff and Ed are.

Well stocked store with friendly employees.

The staff was friendly, especially Latrece, the cashier. Even though the store didn't have but one item I needed in stock, I don't pass blame due to the pandemic. I was able to find a substitute for a couple dollars more. I always enjoy my shopping experience with The Home Depot.

Friendly associates that were extremely helpful Latrece 5 was super friendly And the girl at the door was a lot of help in helping us find what we were looking for.

My visit was efficient in time and checkout.

This store is the best in finding what you need, great customer service, and fast check out.

We recently bought a microwave at this store. The people came to install it were polite but did not have one little tool to remove the old microwave. Their boss told them to leave as they were beyond the time limit??? I went out to my tool box and got a wrench to remove the stripped screw. Then they were able to put it in. Their boss did furnish them enough tools or enough time!! Why would he say to leave as they were beyond allotted time when we had already paid for the microwave to be installed??? We will not be buying any appliances at Home Depot. This experience was not good due to the inefficient boss on the phone.

My favorite place to shop.

Amber (really knowledgeable) and the 3 employees she called to help us with Christmas tree were a pleasure! The whole experience went more smoothly than previous years when we shopped for a Christmas tree! They all seemed to enjoy being there. This was the best year so far! You have got a great group of employees!!! Thank you!!!

Very knowledgeable staff (especially Patty Montez in kitchen design Dept!). This store was clean and bright!

The Employees at this store are Great, and are always willing to help in any way possible to make sure you are a satisfied customer. Otto in Paints, and Amber at the Check Out lane were just two examples of why I shop at this location.

IT'S CHEAPER THAN ANY WHERE AND GOOD PARTS

I’ve been a Lowe’s customer for a while. One day I walked into Home Depot and was so pleasantly surprised by the garden center selection. From plants to planters everything I needed.

Latrece was very congenial and made the experience quite pleasant!

This store is kept clean and orderly. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and in a good location.

The Home Depot had exactly what I needed, and the staff was Very helpful. I don't take lightly recommending places to my friends, but I have no problems recommending this store to any of my friends, even close friends that I have the honor of knowing for many many years.

The customer service from the employees at this store was excellent!! It is hard to find good customer service these days so we were impressed with the great attitude from the store employees and their willingness to attend our needs. The store had the items we needed in stock at reasonable prices. We are very satisfied with our shopping experience and will continue to use this particular HD in the future!! Thank you!!
