Excellent customer service received this morning @the NLR Home Depot from Lawn and Garden. A big Thank You to Russ who asked I needed a help and walked me up to Customer service desk, who talked with Greg, who set the action plan in motion and got things moving and Chris, who ran the loader. I bought 66 12" garden blocks to build a retaining wall and my tailgate latch on truck is broken so Russ and Greg loaded all by hand for me without any complaints. This is my store ! I will continue to shop hete because they exceed expectations!

This store is great. The employees are always asking if you need help if they pass by you.. it’s easy to navigate. It never takes hardly any time to get in and out. Customer service is great.. checkout is great.. availability is great. The app is helpful and accurate. If I have a choice between this store and the one across the street I always go to Home Depot.

Easy to get into and out of quickly with great staff....especially Holly who is one of their Sales Cashiers...Great Attitude and Friendly!

This piscfick Home Depot located at 4325 E. McCain's Blvd in North Little Rock ,AR at 72117 is my (#1.) Place to shop for all all upgrades, repairs and maintenance needs for all of my home improvement departments store over all hands down. Also work home to the best hard-working dedicated and honest cashier I have ever had the pleasure of meeting Miss Daitiana, rarely have I ever met a cashier with overflowing patience and utilisation of her wealth in knowledge of her job and level efficiency was outstanding! Overall in considering all others aspects of pass experiences as being a consumer of meny others alike and not.I had no other choice but to give this Home Depot five out of five stars!!!

No body was there to help in hardware. Apparently there was suppose to be a guy named “Hank”. People said he left early again. Luckily a guy named Wyatt offered to help me.

Anytime that I need help the associates are very happy to assist me.

A wonderful cashier name Niyah was so sweet and VERY respectful. She needs to be employee of the year or employee of the month because she was so kind and helpful.

Refreshing to have friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service from employees. They acted like they loved their job. Makes the shopping experience so nice.

My wife accuse me of your store has become my other girlfriend because, I spend most of my time their shop for different items but she is one who keeps coming up with new projects for me. Faithful Partner

I love shopping at Home Depot in NLR on McCain, great customer service. I have used both in store and online, the people are so friendly, and it just makes your shopping more pleasant. Always willing to help, very helpful and will not leave you until someone comes to help you, if you are in a department that they are not familiar with. To me that speaks volume as far as customer service. You want to spend your money where people are friendly and care about you.

The young lady that was working the self checkout area at open the morning of Tuesday August 11, was kind and polite and very helpful. She provided excellent customer service and I feel she went above and beyond her job to make sure I had a smooth seamless checkout experience Thank you to the Home Depot employee that helped me check out and after verifying my Military ID, a thanked me for my service and applied my military discount! Thank you Home Depot for the discount and thanks to your employee for helping me to have a really good shopping experience!

Early store hours are great and easier shopping at that time. The parking lot is very convenient to store. Unlike some stores where it is quite a hike from the parking lot. I did use curbside pickup and was very pleased.

This is a wonderful store. We had a salesperson (Evelyn) that went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted. She really was helpful and made a great impression on us. Things were easy to find in each aisle and every thing was clean. We will come back to this Home Depot.

The feature where you can request a location of the product you find online is great. I received a text with the location and went straight to that area. The store is clean and everyone is friendly and will help with projects. Checkout was fast and friendly.

Amber the cashier was very nice, the man in ceiling fans was nice, the man in air conditioner window units was nice. Everyone was friendly and greeted us throughout the store. I got a good price on ceiling fans too.

Love it since it’s close to everything like stores and restaurants..but overall I love it that I don’t wait a long time for someone to come help me awesome job guys
