I bought a Husky roll around tool cabinet paid with tax $1,202.00 for it and not even 7 days later price dropped to $998.00 took my receipt up there asked about the price match guarantee the customer service staff not very willing to help but manager was very helpful in returning the difference in money thank you so much

I would love to give them 5 starts, BUT I can't because I've had my second negative experience with HD install services. The first was a water heater a couple of years ago where they had a 1,000 times markup for "extra" items that were "required due to city codes." i.e. a ($18 at Home Depot) drain pan was over $200 "installed"....you just set the danged water heater on it! I made the mistake of assuming that the parts would be at HD prices, since that's where I bought the water heater. The water heater installers were crooks! Today I had a washer and dryer delivered and "installed." They arrived 2 hours early and in their words "that's home depots schedule, not ours" (thankfully I happened to be at home today, or who knows when it would've been delivered). The NEW washer had water in it, which they let drain from the driveway to all over the laundry room floor and didn't clean it up (about a gallon in my laundry room) They didn't have a long enough drain hose for the washer, they didn't replace the dryer hose (which was paid for). In short DON'T LET HOME DEPOT do anything other than sell you a product, their contractors will let you down!

I went to get a Christmas tree after a debacle with my previous pre-lit tree. I got a real one and the employee Chris was beyond nice. The employees here are SO much nicer than the other locations. Definitely my go-to spot.

I went in looking for a hose to replace my kitchen faucet, had a associate paged twice, no one showed up neither times, a plumber helped me find what I needed

The electrical department store associate needs to make himself/herself available in a reasonable timely manner to assist customers. Waiting a total of over 40 minutes after having the front desk call this person by name twice is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. Manager did not solve my problem without difficulty. I did not get the assistance I needed without a lot of time wasted and no real offer at a customer friendly solution.

Brenda in the appliance section was wonderful. I highly recommend asking for her if you are looking for new appliances. Ivory on the other hand was not. He is VERY homophobic.

Great Employee's! Everyone is always helpful upon arrival to this store. I especially love shopping in the Garden section.

I use this store exclusively for home improvement purchases. I am able to find products easily using the app while I shop and there is usually plenty of product in stock. Over the past few months, however, I've noticed a rise in number of shrink wrapped pallets being left on in the aisles during store hours. Not early in morning or even toward the end of the day, we are talking 3-4 in the afternoon when the store is very busy. The pallets are stacked high and often look unstable, this can not be safe and feels like an accident waiting to happen. I will continue shopping at this store as the other big box home improvement store is hard to navigate into and around. I just wish this Home Depot would fix the clutter around the store.
