I went in to purchase paint and was greeted by an employee the moment I stepped into the store. The employee in the paint department was extremely helpful too. Truly a terrific experience in the store that day! I was verrrrrrrrrrry pleasantly surprised!

During the heavy Pandemia your staff did a great job by controlling how many people to let in and did keep good track of how many people Left the store so for that thank you so much for your hard work.

I have been shopping here for over 10 years. Most of the employees seem annoyed when you ask questions or ask for help. I would rather go out of my way, to go to a different store.

Alex Angel in the Pro Desk area WALKS on Water!! The man knows the North Hollywood store from top to bottom!! Great customer service! He takes his time to make sure all your questions are answered and I never feel rushed! Alex Angel should be running the store!!! NO BS!! He knows everything about the store employees rely on him for his knowledge!! Employees approach him constantly regarding inventory at with Home Depot; he never turns them away he is genuinely a team player!!! Whatever you guys are paying his isn't enough!!

This store has all registers working!! Probably10 cashier's. Been there yesterday, and day before. One person ahead of me to check out. 30 second wait today at 8 in the morning!!! Way to go Home Depot!!!Happy customer again
