The people in the Paint Dept. are very helpful

I purchased an item and needed help to scan it and have the security device removed. No help. Customer service clerk staring and not doing anything. Very disappointing service. I called the Store Manager to complain. No Answer.

I’m a muralist and I usually only use spray paint so I knew I would struggle in Home Depot looking for bucket paint. Luckily I didn’t have to stress because Ocean came in and helped me find exactly what I needed. He made me feel so confident in my purchase and I can’t wait to use it for my client. I’m telling all my muralist friends to come here for anything they need. Ocean and his team made my overall experience amazing. Looking forward to shopping here again!

At the fresh cut Christmas tree lot one of the young tall worker was very rude and harrassing us that we did not pay for the trees. I got 3 noble tree, paid $280.55 for them I Showed the receipt the other worker but this one started to yell that I did not paid. I showed again the receipt to him but he just could not read kept harassing's me that I walking out with 3 trees, 1 unpaid. I was very embarrass front of other people. HD could hire better workers!! They should be polite able to read and count.

I just want it to be known that the store manager Leo is a terrible manager, and not rational at all. Could not even price match what an employee had already approved, nor what the price is online. Irrational and rude. Will just purchase online but terribly inconvenient because of him. Not a logical store manager. When we found 17 of the product available online he claimed he would go look for them and just disappeared. Terrible all around.

Brian in the Electrical Department is excellent, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He helps me navigate product options for my needs (smart bulb options, dimmer switches, remote control options for ceiling light/fans, points out quality product choices, advises on tool and the type of wire I would need. Thank you Brian! I look forward to working with you and hope you never leave.

You can get hardware store items anywhere. But you seldom find service as good as the North Hollywood Home Depot store!

The overall experience wasn’t much different from other home improvement stores. Check out is a miss and not organized; lines are all over the place and people cut because of it.

Bought some lights for the exterior walls for my my house and found them everything I needed. Great customer service.

I always find what I need and this time I exchange a defective water heater and it was handle easily and quickly with no problems

You better pay attention on prices, the Register will overcharge you. Then you have to wait for service witch could take forever. While you are treated like you did something wrong. I would spend more money if I wasn’t always angry for how i am treated. To spend my money.

I needed to get fake grass cut for specific measurements and Rome and Harrison were able to cut me the size that needed.

The employees do not help and will stand around and stare at you until you ask for assistance.

I came in an Antonio in Plumbing Department was a big help I came to that store two days in a row an I didn’t have to hunt down anyone for help

Cashier hillary was extremely rude and ignored every i said and just did whatever she wanted. I waited in one line to stand in another then to be send to another. Total check out was about 15mins and i was always the next in line for all three

Major area to improve: A. Check out equipment. Multimillion dollar company working with equipment 2001. B. Check out staff (what a joke)

Bought a second security screen door. Price is right. I had purchased the same one 11 years ago and it’s still looks great and no rust marks.

I am building a treehouse in my front yard. At my local Home depot I can find what I need to complete this project with everything in stock. The lumber and building materials are easily found and are top quality.

This Sherman Way store is mountains above the one in Hollywood. Hollywood workers there IF you can find one- are rude, unpleasant, less than friendly, less than helpful, and don't want to be bothered and are actually annoyed if you ask more than one question. Further more, they point and say its over there! At the Sherman Way store.. its the complete antithesis!!! They literally go out of their way to be helpful and will literally walk you over to the item youre looking for. I will now drive 35 - 40 mins out of my way just to come to this store.
