Day laborers have been wandering around the parking lot for years. A few years ago my truck was broken into and expensive tools stolen. Today, a new one: a lady opened a full blown Tamale stand right in the middle of the parking lot.

I got great advise from Tina (garden center) to make a custom raised bed for veg gardenI bought planter blocks and lumber. She helped with damaged soil bags so that I can get some discount. Overall great experience as always

Even though Ocean does not work in the Windows Dept., he helped me tremendously with what I needed to purchase some things for my windows at home. He helped me beyond his job description. I talked to him first on the phone before I went to the store and instead of transferring me to the Windows Dept., he helped me with what to purchase. I asked if I could find him when I get to the store so I don't have to repeat to ask another employee with what I needed and he was willing to give me that service and he did. He gave me an outstanding service even though it was not his department.

For as long as I’ve been coming here to the N.H. Location I’ve had nothing but excellent service. In and out everything is easy to locate. As for me it’s like walking into a candy store lol

I purchased 2 house plants about 3 months ago. One was dying so I took it back to the store and they honored their return policy for plants. They asked if I would a refund or store credit. Very good experience..

I bought a board of wood and had it cut in half since that is what I needed for the job.

Kudos to Dennis who helped me purchase a washer/dryer from the North Hollywood store with delivery to Valencia! Dennis normally works in the door department but took great care to help us in the washer/dryer department because the regular employee was on her lunch break. He is pleasant, professional and efficient. Please give Dennis your highest praise! Satisfied customer

Checking out here will always take 3 to 4 times longer than anywhere else because the self checkout area is very disorganized. Bring back cashiers and single lines. It is very time consuming to wait around and have people cut you and no one know who’s next in line.

I visited this location this evening with the intent of purchasing a Ryobi charger and battery. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. Anthony from the Gardening department greeted me and immediately took it upon himself to assist me in finding my desired item. Though we initially couldn't locate exactly what I was after, Anthony went to great lengths to ensure my satisfaction. Additionally, Mary, the head cashier, and William, another cashier, also went above and beyond to provide courteous and attentive service. They made the entire shopping experience seamless. The store itself was in impeccable condition, well-organized, and clearly well-managed. It's evident that the staff here are not only professional but genuinely dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience. In summary, this store sets a high standard for what retail service should be like, thanks to its phenomenal staff and excellent atmosphere. I can't recommend it highly enough.

I bought an exterior steel 36”door and the Dennis ( millworker guy) was out of box thinking guy. Since I couldn’t wait for two months of special order ( couldn’t leave open room without door), he went over my other available options .

I have shopped at home depo over 30 years. My brother and I refurbish houses and we get our supplies at the depo. The people there are very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to help as best as they can.

If you’re kinda clueless like me on DIYs and these stores in general, you need to ask for Ocean. He’s great, makes things simple and really goes out of the way to help problem-solve!

On like other hardware stores The Homedepot has plenty of customer service representatives to help!

I use this Home Depot often. It's huge, clean & well organized--the only downside, it can take a while finding small parts or accessories. Sometimes difficult finding a sales associate, but when you do they're very helpful.

I came into this store around 9 am on Mon., July 3. I had a spring hinge in my pocket & a small piece of our backyard entranceway stoop + a picture. I went to the paint dept. & spoke to a gentleman named Oscar. He turned out to be the Store Manager. He could not have been more helpful & told me about Ready-Mix Concrete Patch. Perfect solution. He directed me to Reyes re: my new spring hinge. Again - very helpful & showed me how to adjust the tension in the hinge. While I was talking with Reyes about the hinge tension - Oscar had gone to the aisle where the concrete patch was - and brought it to me! Wow!! How thoughtful!! Excellent customer service!!

I am visiting this store for both my work and my home, everytime the trip is pleasant everybody is helpfull and I get what I need.

This location is always stocked and the sales people are helpful and friendly. I go a little out of my way to shop at this location.
