I have been shopping here for more than 25 years. Sales associates are getting more and more rude and most don't know jack. I am compelled to go to this store because it is the closest to me. If not I would go to another location.

There was a line for the one HUMAN cashier, and she was working as quickly as she could. Several people in line were commenting on the fact that there was only ONE manned cashier on duty that day. The person working the self checkout station was annoyed by the people that refused to use the self checkout stations. Let’s bring back manned checkout stations!

THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! DON'T BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM NICK OR CECELIA OR THE NORTH HOME DEPOT. THEY CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO HELP YOU.

Shout out to Joe, Assistant Manager, who helped us get a damaged refrigerator returned. He went above and beyond helping us and has excellent customer service skills. Hard to come by these days. Thank you.

Otherwise great store destroyed by self checkout only

This location is clean, well laid out and the customer service is exceptional.

I brought a Rigid tool in for warranty. CS told to go get a replacement in the store. Home Depot tool specialist.told me the Octane name on my tool didn’t mean anything, and the non octane equivalent was the same tool and the only one they stocked. I spoke to Rigid on the phone while waiting for the CS cashier. Rigid said they not longer make the Octane product. I presented my replacement and the cashier refused to scan my receipt. I asked to speak to a manager. Then another cashier (Tina) stepped in and became verbally agressive then accused me of the same as she called a manager. The manager took care of the me and I was appreciative of his focus on the problem with the tool.

Will was extremely helpful and professional in cutting down a full sheet of plywood to my exact specs.

I had a really bad experience when I purchased a dishwasher at this location. Problem started when they delivered using DFL. Calling the home depot customer care appliance number - you receive a different answer by each person that answers the phone. Horrible. Will never purchase an appliance from home depot again.

The employees were very pleasant and helpful. Prices were reasonable. Store is clean and easy to navigate. Will definitely go to this store again for home improvement items.

I buy plants from this location every year and so many people stop by and compliment how great my yard looks .

I had a less than decent experience on a Sunday, but normally, I really like this store.

Not only is this the closest building supply store to my house, it is the easiest one to park in and to shop in.

Christopher (garden) and Antwon were both exceptional people who were very helpful. Keep them!!

I ordered luxury vinyl tile and can’t wait for installation at my house. I already installed it a duplex rental.

Franciso is a rock star. He's professional, helpful and goes beyond the call....even helping solve problems after he's already clocked out. Just excellent. The other managers can't even be found...even when paged. Not sure they're really even on site, tbh.

We have been looking for a new refrigerator for a while at multiple stores. Home Depot had all those we were considering and the best prices.

Normally going to a hardware store is more of a chore than a joy. However, my recent trip to the Home Depot at MoPac and Breaker Lane in Austin was just the opposite. The door greeter LaToya had me laughing within a minute of entering the store, the manager Erick was helpful and friendly and the check out clerk Isaac continued the positive experience as I checked out and left the store. My spirits were lifted by these folks as I shopped at Home Depot.

I bought some supplies to clean my apartment that I just moved into. My apartment has insect infestation and needs deep cleaning. I’ve been running around all day finding the best clean supplies and bug repellent to feel comfortable in my apartment. This store was the last stop of the day and I just need to get a few things that I forgot on my list. When I entered the store I was greeted by every Home Depot associate that I walk near or by. The warm welcome here was great and never experienced something like this at any other Home Depot. As I was looking down an isle for cleaning supplies I met this awesome human being name Jay. Jay was a wonderful individual that offer to help me find the best solution for my bug infestation issue in my apartment. Jay shared his personal experience with bugs in his previous apartments and offered amazing products to help with the situation. I was thrilled to hear. The products he offer is some that my sister told me about because she also had gone through a issue like this before. Jay made me feel like I was making the right decisions and I also respected his recommendations that he offered. What a great store and I hope everyone meets a Jay in there experience because I’ll never forget this day. The rest team was also great and helping with checkout and asking if I needed anything else. Great place 20 out of 10
