I want to share a very pleasant experience I had at the Monticello Home Depot. I occupy a power wheel chair an long walks. Jason took me around the store pushing my cart for me and placed the things I wanted into the cart. He took me to the cashier (Mogan) who was a delight. I commend Jason and Morgan for their outgoing personalities and assistance to me.

The store is clean and friendly service from the employees.

Thank you Jeff K for helping me with my refrigerator! You made me feel at ease with such a big purchase, you explained what to expect @ time of delivery, and offered your assistance if I needed it when it arrives! I felt comfortable with my questions. Thank you so much!!!

This store is well stocked and the associates have good product knowledge. Store and bathrooms are consistently clean.

Been in a few times for blinds and they never have the kind we want or are short on quantity.

Being disabled and retired I don't do as many projects as I would like to, sometimes just going to the store and talking to employees has made my day much better . I live with ideas for projects I can handle or people that can help me get them done . My nickname sheriff was given to me by a Home Depot employee I'd like that it showed he was listening to my stories

I always know that someone in the store will be knowledgeable to help me find or assist with the best procedure of a project.

The employees here are so friendly and helpful. At other stores, I have to go look and wait for help. Here, they immediately take notice of you and ask if you need help. In addition, my going into the store I saved $100+ that I would have lost out on if I had made my purchase online.

The employees in the paint department and the employees in the appliances department are seriously great. No one else seems to "work in this department" anywhere in the store. And are unwilling to help you find anything OR find anyone that might actually work in the department you are looking for help in... so I wonder... why are employees constantly hiding in other departments, and not in the department they should be working in...?? The selection is also very poor.

This is my favorite Home Depot store! The employees are always helpful. Visit 'Nina' in the commercial checkout lane for a good purchasing experience. I do wish they would resolve the sliding contractor door issue, but that's my only complaint.

We have always had great experiences at the Monticello MN Home Depot. Hope nothing changes it is a wonderful store to shop at.

I would recommend the Monticello Home Depot to anyone! Their staff, especially Roger, Nina, Megan, Taylor and Ben in the Flooring Department and Customer Service, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us when making a closet organizer purchase. As I looked for other items in other areas, employees asked if I needed help and took me to what I needed or found someone to make sure I could get what I needed. All staff members I passed in the store were also friendly. The Monticello Home Depot is a great place to Shop.

A great store with a large selection and friendly service!!!!!

The people in the plumbing section are always helpful and knowledge. The small older gentleman with the white small mustache and beard knows exactly what he is doing. Marge and Tuna at the front checkout are always friendly and go out of their way to help you out. I also recently bought a dishwasher in the appliance section. I wish I remembered his name and he went through everything before the purchase

I found what I needed quickly, staff was friendly and helpful

This store carries all the products one would need to operate in their home. Staff are always willing to assist if help is needed. Their hours are accommodating for handyman, such as myself, or contractors. You will find the staff very friendly, at least I have never come in contact with anyone who was not friendly.
