Found what I needed right away and there were several quantities of each item I was looking for. Other big-box stores are usually out of or have limited quantities of what I'm looking for. I've usually had to go to the same big-box store in another city to get the quantity I need.

Our cashier was the most friendly helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of checking out with. Her name is Suzanne. If you ever check out with her you will understand what I mean.

No matter what time of day, the customer service in this store is exceptional. Staff members offer help readily and are willing to actually provide assistance.

Always my favorite, go to store for any needs.

Mike in carpet & flooring is do helpful and patient. All staff were personable and helpful. I always find what I’m looking for. So far, the best Home Depot store I’ve attended.

New to this area and satisfied with the supply and help when required

I wanted to get some nice Christmas plants. Home Depot had exactly what I was looking for. They were also a dollar less than the very same at Target across the street. I bought 5, so I saved $5. Now what is really good is the morale among employess is stellar. They love working ther, but also they really care for customers. At other stores they ask to help you becasue they have to. At this Home Depot, everyone wants you to be happy and they are always willing to drop everything else to help you out. The management there must really know how to impart the best professional customer service and care to every employee. I am treated so well there and always leave the store far better and happier than before I entered the store. Thank you.

Needed to replace a dying fridge. Saw some attractive finance deals in mailings. Went in on Black Friday expecting a challenging visit. The store was prepared. Not only did I buy a fridge, but the process was way beyond my expectations. Thank you to Tom, Joel and Andrew! Strong work team. Strong work on a challenging day.

As a female, military Veteran, over 60 years old, it was nice to get the discount afforded to the military that home depot gives. It was also appreciated that the store had help in every department and they were willing and able, to help.

I used a new account and cash, cash wasn’t allowed with the promotion. So I was told I did not put in the cash. I could leave my name and they would get back to me

I’m recreating a specific room from 1974 in my basement. The paint team at this store really helped out and helped me to get the long lost colors perfect. I drive out of my way just to come here.

We go here all the time. They have everything we need for home projects and are very helpful. If they don't know an answer to my question, they find someone who can.

We were pleased to find a large variety of different brands when we shopped for a new washing machine.

The larger garden section is great. Everything is well watered and really friendly employees. Unfortunately the indoor plants are miserable looking. Most are 75-90% dead with miswatering were the soil is just BONE DRY. I’ve been to plenty other Home Depot’s that don’t have this problem at all. They need to have a huddle to work on managing that section better. It’s just sad

I purchased a Rigid Wet/Dry Vac. When I got home and opened the box, I found that it was previously used and still full of dirt!! When someone brings in a return, Please don’t just put it back on the self for someone else to buy. Look over the item! This is not the first time this has happened to me at this store…. I am so disappointed…. What a waste of time….

Javier at This store was a great help to me in buying a new toilet seat. Who knew there were so many options. With Javier's help in took me about 4 minutes, instead of 45 minutes, if I'd had to figure it out myself!

Jeff Knutson, Specialty Department Supervisor is the BEST! He went out of his way to assist me find a storage cabinet for my garage last night, called other stores, and ended up selling me the display set, because he knew I had come home early from Memorial Day weekend to work on my garage project. His amazing, friendly service is one of the reasons I ALWAYS choose Monticello Home Depot. Thanks Jeff!

I have never had a bad experience at this store. The staff is knowledgeable and always helpful. Made some large purchases that they have made very easy and comfortable.

Excellent staff at the Monticello Home Depot. Very helpful and friendly. I had to travel quite a distance to the store as they had the components I needed according to the inventory that was showing on the internet and the staff took me right to the product.

Hard to find associates to help you. Our cashier Caden was very nice. Never got notice that our scheduled delivery was going to be 4 days late. Which is fantastic when you need to be home for the delivery.

Waiting to see how a difficult experience is resolved before I change my Overall Rating and post more on this situation.

One stop shop for ALL of my plumbing, electrical, carpentry and masonry needs. As a professional and diyer my go to has and will always be Home Depot.

I'am getting tired of going to all the Home Depot stores and finding that many items are out of stock. Very frustrating.

I like this store very much but was very disappointed recently because they were out of stock of what I wanted. I also went to other Home Depot stores only to find that they were out of stock of the same item. This happens a lot and is very frustrating. Otherwise, this is a good store.
