“Owen” is a superb employee and really should be acknowledged by management as a very valued employee. Not only is he friendly, energetic and so very helpful in answering my questions, finding the specific products I wanted but he loaded. up my vehicle with 30 bags of 40 lbs each. What a champ!

The Monticello Home Depot store is my go to store. The quality and selection of products is awesome. The people who work at the Monticello Home Depot store are very professional, friendly, and helpful… always willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Marjorie was a great cashier. Very friendly and helpful as was the other staff. The men’s bathroom however was disgusting

When I ask about inventory at the Monticello store, Bryce, of the acting store manager, was very rude, demeaning, condescending, and sarcastic in his tone. He was very unprofessional and inappropriate.

We've been in this store many times as we just moved to area. Staff has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Store seems well stocked and customer service is excellent. We shop mostly in evenings, and the staff at that time is excellent.

The Home Depot here in Monticello employs some of the finest folks around. I’ve had more employees go out of their way to help me out to locate a product, share their knowledge and help me make a well informed decision on the purchase. I also use this location to train service dogs for our military veterans and first responders. I use several Home Depot locations throughout the area however the one here in Monticello has always been warm and welcoming with the service dogs and they support the mission our company is out to complete by giving bank to those who serve.

We checked many stores in our area and keep going back to Home Depot.

If you have any questions or need help completing a project, go talk to Lou at HD. Great guy and very knowledgable.

Christine and Mike in the flooring department are a dream to work with! They answered all of our questions, made us aware of warranties, and let us know about current discounts.
