I bought this tool box chest two weeks ago, and I am really happy with it the color I need good quality and a right price as well.

This store used to have decent pro parking like the other stores but it’s been taken away for a year or so now. This store also used to have great employees that knew some trades but there’s only one or two that do now. The older lady cashier is excellent though.

I went shopping for door hardware, and was helped by several very knowledgeable employees.

I bought this toilet, it was the exact model I was looking for

Tracy and Emilee at the pro desk are absolute rockstars. They handled a poor situation with poise and proffesionalism.

The self checkout stole $60 from me, which was a fact proven the next day. The managers helping me could care less and treated me like I was a criminal. I paid with my Home Depot CC and I didn’t get a single thank you, reassurance they were taking my issue with the money seriously, there was no reassurance they would get back to me just pure contempt and belief that I was trying to scam them. Fast and friendly service getting a water softener.

Things go wrong, it’s just life….but it’s how a Store/Employee makes it right that determines if I return or not. I was pretty frustrated and it was an unfortunate situation on Home Depot’s part at my expense. Home Depot made it right, from the products, the purchase and most importantly the employees!! Thank you!!

Amy did an outstanding job at the customer service desk. I came in to pick up my special order (water softener) and she was friendly and courteous. She noticed one of the boxes was damaged, so she opened it up to make sure nothing was damaged inside. Amy is the definition of GREAT customer service.

This past weekend I returned three (3) empty 5-gallon jugs that I had accumulated over the summer when I visited the Home Depot stores and purchased only full jugs because I did not have the empty jugs to return for deposit. The Customer Service representative told me Home Depot does not "take" empty [5-gallon] jugs. This is an incorrect statement. I returned/exchanged the 4th empty 5-gallon jug that very day and purchased another full 5-gallon jug of water. At the Customer Service desk, personnel had to collaborate to determine how the return/refund should be handled. While I understand some employees may not know everything, a return from a customer who used a credit card for a purchase that can be traced and returned to the same credit card should be an easy transaction - ask the customer to re-swipe the credit card, put the money back on the account, and give the customer a receipt. Customer Service personnel would not return the money I paid for deposit on the three (3) empty 5-gallon jugs I was returning (I did not purchase filled jugs for all the jugs I returned) - I was instead given in-store credit. Did you "Nail It?" No, you nailed this customer.

Looking for a refrigerator. Last one made it just past the warranty. 4 months to be exact. LG unit rated 5 stars when we bought it. Later found out there's a major lawsuit on it. LG told us part that failed is covered but the labor is not. 1000.00 in labor plus checkout charge, what a joke. Did my due diligence and researched for a new unit. Was recommended GE as a better unit from a local repair shop. Shopped Home depot due to there availability of the brand. Found reasonable priced GE with a good selection. Sales lady was friendly and patient. Lots of other business ongoing but made sure we knew she was there to help us. Wife and I were not in a good mood as our appliance failed, out lots of food, and just frustrated. Sales lady gave us a sense of calmness. Felt good about our purchase and less frustration when we left.

I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with two employees, Wolf and Emily in paint. Both were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in helping me. If all the employees are as helpful, this store is the place to shop for EVERYTHING

When I asked about the military discount, no response from the Sale Cashier as I held up my VA card for proof as I have done this before. I used to receive from Home Depot as have received from different sites. She had to run the card a couple of times before she had to slide the card sideways to make it work. I received a notation at one time to speed up the process by sending a copy of my military card ID thinking this would be a good approach which was supposed to be added to my account. Apparently, this does not work.

I had a new range and Im so happy with the purchase.

I needed a step ladder but wasn't happy with the conventional narrow rungs. The new Gorilla 'Dual Platform' 300# 1A rated ladder is perfect. It's easy to move around, solid and safe to use, what a great idea.

I went in with questions about a Shed. There was an employee at every turn to ask questions too. A gentleman helped me fill out the information to be contacted for the Shed. I asked where the air compressors were and he walked me to exactly where they were. Another employee was in the isle and helped me with the one I wanted. He wasn’t sure of which hose I needed so called someone to help. They quickly came to help out, and showed me all I needed. Gabriella, my cashier was so friendly.

I had a very large purchase from the nursery and the gal, Taylor, who helped me check out was very patient. The store was very busy and there was a line developing, but she took great care in checking me out and wasn't in a rush. Kudos to Taylor!
