Well laid out store, friendly associates, a pleasant shopping experience.

Unprofessional person behind counter possibly a manager? Rolled his eyes, turned away and ignored me because I was unhappy that they didn’t have a product which is advertised and on display. This cause the other gentlemen who was originally helping me to become sarcastic and rude.

Tracy in the flooring department was very helpful and was professional and courteous.

very good service. they help me figure out every thing i need to do my floor. Also they very patients and knowledgeable about there department.

From well trained and knowledgeable staff to well equipped and stocked shelves the Renaissance store Home Depot is our hub when it comes to our home improvement needs. My husband and I enjoy coming to this location not only because it’s close but we always have good experiences in any department we are working from and everything is so easy to find. I can get an answer from any person on the floor and never have to ask for backup from another so it’s always expedient. If I don’t understand something I never have a problem asking and they are always thorough to make sure I comprehend the steps to take and the right parts I need.

Ethan was very nice and prompt with his service. Sabrina was a nice cashier. Appreciate the helpfulness and kindness! Store was clean and efficient. Got a little stuck while looking for one product but managed to find it in the end. No big deal.

One employee, Adam, at your Customer Service Desk saved your store from receiving an unsatisfactory rating from me. I had a problem dealing with your corporate customer service so I went into your store on Renaissance Blvd NE in Albuquerque, NM. Adam was VERY helpful and considerate in trying to solve my problem. However, two employees in the kitchen cabinet ordering section (Laura & the other female employee, where I was sent to complete the return and purchase) could stand to be re-trained in providing better customer service. Neither was very pleasant, and seemed to be annoyed because their computers were not working properly and they weren't able to complete the transaction. Their frustration should not be taken out on the customer, as they did with me.

Always seems to be well maintained, stocked and staffed. The staff is always helpful if needed.

The staff and service at this store is super great. They help with all kinds of things. Staff is ready to help or will come back as soon as one is free. We purchased a used car and found out shortly after that the owner smoked in the car! The smell was overbearing. I asked a staff member what I could buy to help get rid of the odor. She showed me three helpful this of which I bought two; less than $20 and sure enough the odor is gone. This is just one of our problems that they have solved. Don't hesitate to ask; they will find the answer.

Had a great experience returning a broken sander that was still under warranty by manufacturer. Juanita and Billy in customer service went above and beyond to assist me in the return. Walked out with a brand new sander! Thank You Juanita and Billy
