On 12/12/20 Ben helped me find the items I needed. He was very kind and listened to my needs. On 12/16/20 I was again in the store and I happened to cut my hand on a piece of metal. The employee (didn't get his name) took me to the First Aid Station and got me a band aid and then proceeded to escort me to the aisle where I found what I needed. Very respectful and helpful employees. Thank you.

I was at the Coors/I40 location earlier in the day and left when they refused my cash and then card method of payment. This location was able to complete the transaction no problem and seemed less crowded.

Oscar in the Lumber Department went out of his way to assist me throughout my entire lumber selection, loading, and cutting process!

Like I said in the survey your self checkout person Martha was extremely rude. And question my integrity I was shocked.

Worst customer service. Waited for 30 minutes to pay for a Tuff Shed. Employees were dismissive and rude and more concerned about their time than mine as well as my 9,000.00. I will take my business elsewhere, they do not deserve my hard earned money.

Your team totally missed the nail on this one. I have never felt so disrespected by a Home depot employee as I did when checking out. I was at the self serve check out and waved down the assistant (His name is JUSTIN) to see if I could get my military discount. I showed him my ID stating I was a Veteran, but he stated I needed to have another form of ID that proved I was who I was? When I stated this is the only form of ID he would honor the discount. When I stated "fine don't worry about it, I will ask corporate about the policy change" He replied back "Ok I don't want to deal with your SH_T anyway". I was okay with not getting my discount it wasn't a big deal but when he said what he said I was more insulted that he couldn't give a care what we as Veterans sacrifice. I was able to speak with a manager and he apologized and said he would speak to him. I didn't stick around because i was a bit angry.

This store review is for the Home Depot located at Coors in Albuquerque. I want to mention that Paz is a 'sweet, sweet soul" and assisted me in the Garden Center even though I did not locate what I needed. She works very hard and has a smile that goes a long way during this difficult time with the corona virus. Paz lives up to her name -'peace' and it is demonstrated with customers. Thank you for your hard work Paz! Camille also assisted me with trying to locate a product and due to this corona virus it was not in stock. She went the 'extra mile' for me and I really appreciated her assistance. Camille is also very courteous, kind, respectful. Thank you Paz & Camille for your hard work! Karen

The assistant Manager Adam is very rude and not helpful at all, if you return something he makes it difficult and is not considerate at all. Poor customer service

The employees at this store are extremely rude, I don’t understand social distancing or human courtesy. Both Debbie and one of her managers Adam were so disrespectful I was aghast. I went to load my car after dealing with these two idiots and a young man Named Marcus came up and asked if I needed help loading my vehicle. Wonderful kid, I hope his kindness lasts, the examples he has are garbage.

If I could give no stars I would provide a rating of no stars. I tried to return an item with the receipt. I purchased the items a day after I bought it because it didn’t work well and they denied my return. The store didn’t honor there own return policy and it is disgusting.

Our experience here started somewhat negative. We have a home depot credit card which we forgot to bring. Went to customer service to ask for a temporary or something for our purchase that day. Associate there said she didnt knw and that we had to see cashier. Associate Denise was very helpful and patient. Denise is the reason we will be shopping at home depot again!

MILITARY/VETERAN should be for ALL items in the store including LUMBER!!!!!! Very upset Veteran of this country...it's ALL Corporate GREED!!!!
