Extremely rude associate in paint department, Dalia is her name! My husband and I will never go back to that Home Depot!!

Libba is great asset to this store. She is extremely profesional, courteous and caring! She goes aboye and beyond t help her customer and really makes your shopping experience go from 0-100 because how amazing and competent she truly is! She should be consider for a position as manager as she has the right skills and abilities to create a friendly and trustful atmosphere for customers who shop at her store! Thank you for all your help and assistance Libba! You make a difference at your store! Is great to come across people like yourself!

ALINA, in Customer Service, is low-key and very efficient. She went above and beyond in helping me in a complex transaction. She accompanied me to find what was needed, keyed it into computer (lots of ‘moving parts’) and when my friend’s credit card didn’t go through she remained undisturbed and enlisted help from another team member, DARCY, at ProDesk, also good at his job. Alina, stayed as we figured it out and ended up completing the transaction with a good attitude. What a refreshing difference post-Lockdown!!! Home Depot Managers also very nice.

THE VISIT STARTED LIKE ANY OTHER FINDING A STAFF MEMBER TO HELP AND NOT FEELING PUT OFF BECAUSE IT WAS LATE IN THE SHIFT. I WAS BLESSED TO RUN INTO SEVERAL HELPFUL MEMBERS OF YOUR STAFF BUT WASN'T VERY HAPPY WITH THE FRONT END STAFF. I GAVE THE VISIT A GOOD BECAUSE THEIR WERE MORE VERY GOOD EXPERIENCES DURING THE VISIT THAN NEGATIVE ONES.

Employees at this store were helpful and friendly. They made for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Best Home Depot experience ever!

Dante in the paint department is what makes me go back to Home Depot, he’s got great customer service and is always friendly!

I believe this is the largest, best stocked store in the Alb. area and they seem to have the most knowledgeable employees too. Even the new girl in the flooring department knew how to do all the paperwork needed to schedule a measurement for carpet. I did ask a few weird questions that she didn't know the answer to, but she found the answers for me. She didn't seem to be too frazzled and she kept her calm and her smile.

This location has a great crew that is helpful and professional.

Angela in the garden center is super knowledgeable and has a great attitude!

Needed a fancy smart thermostat and this store had a good inventory. The competition said they had ONE but it was not on the shelf to be found.

Let me tell you all about how amazing Kelly and Angela are! They have to spend like almost 4 hours helping me because I am useless and helpless! They are by far the best customer service people I have ever met in my entire lifetime! And I have 25 years worth of customer service experience so I know this stuff!!! You should feel very lucky that I do not own my own business where I need to hire people because I would totally steal them from you because you guys do not appreciate them nearly enough!!!!! They need to be made employees of the century! Probably millennium. Corporate should definitely get off their lazy backside and make that happen and give them a raise too while they're at it!!!!

This store seems to have more product in stock than the Coors/I-40 store. I have been to this location 3x in the last couple weeks and the customer service at this store is EXCELLENT. From the time we entered the store to the time we left, Susan Caristo and Brando were very friendly and helpful and provided a great experience. The store was very neat and tidy.

Although I was only in the outside garden only on this trip, it was clean, easy to get around and friendly.C

There is a Home Depot right by my house but I pass by it along with several other hardware stores to do my shopping at this location. The staff here are friendly and helpful and the shelves are always stocked.

I used to work in this 17 plus years ago, so I'm familiar with customer service and DIY shopping. My manager and I went in to the store looking for power strips and extension cords. Granted it had been a LONG time since I worked here, I don't remember where all the product is, and I assumed the power strips and extension cords were together. WRONG! So then I thought they'd be in Hardware with "power" tools. WRONG! So, I asked a male associate in a black shirt and shorts, who was standing in front of one of the Hardware end caps. He was actually texting on his phone when I interrupted him. I asked him where the extension cords were and he told me on aisle 4. I asked him if that's the same aisle I had found the 12 power strips that were in my cart. He just says very sarcastically, "Aisle 4, in Electrical. You know where they have 'electric' items." I looked at him and just said "Oh! OKaaaaay!" As I could feel his sarcasm. So, I find my manager and we go to aisle 4, walk all the way down the aisle. Guess what? No extension cords! So we checked aisle 5, nope - no extension cords. We checked aisle 3, which is GARDEN, and low and behold there are the extension cords. We get what we needed and proceed to the Prodesk. There was a customer in front of us, who was finished with quickly. The associate behind the counter looked at us, and I said the name of the business I work for. He apparently didn't hear me and I repeated myself, still not hearing me, he comes out from behind the plexiglassed counter, and says he was sorry, he didn't hear what I said and repeats the name of the business. I told him yes. He then asks me for "the number." I told him I didn't know it, as times before I say the business name and they are able to pull it up with no questions asked. Randy is awesome about that. He continues to tell us from memory the number that is used for the account and tells me if I wanted to write it down or put it in my phone for the next time. I told him 'no thank you.' And, he continues to tell me how it would benefit me if I were to keep that number on me for the next time I go in to shop. Again, I said no thank you. He continues, while checking us out, to tell us how he has remembered that number for all the years that he has worked there, and that he's not going to need to remember it after he retires in eight weeks. He rambled on the entire transaction. When I went to pay, he asked me something and I was already so annoyed I didn't pay attention to what he said, and I just showed him the company credit card. I put the card in and he asked if I had a PO # that I needed to enter, I said no. He looked at me, as if I was doing my part incorrectly. And he asks me again, "are you sure you don't need a PO #?" I look at my boss, looked back at him, and I said no, I didn't need to have one. Asked us if we needed a bag for our 18 items, which we did. He gave us the bag and said here you go. My boss bagged our items. There were a lot of employees on the floor, but they were all too busy to help customers. When we were walking out, one young lady about ran my boss over, as she was walking to the front end. Didn't even stop or slow down as she came around the corner. Needless to say, I was not happy about our shopping experience at all.

I purchased my Husband a smoker. There were about three employees standing in that area, not once did one of them walk up to me when I was trying to get the smoker in my basket. I had my son who is 4 and my 8 month old daughter with me. I had to hold the basket while trying not to hit my kids who were sitting in the basket. I also purchased my husband some tools and only one employee walked up to me asking if I needed help. This was after I had the smoker in my basket. I don’t recommend this Home Depot they are rude and inconsiderate.

I would recommend this store to anyone... I have never had a problem with this store the service is great there is always people on the floor ready and asking if you need help. The store is clean and stocked for what I was looking for. Everyone is so friendly and helpful...

Happy, polite and helpful employees

I appreciated this employee at this store that help me he were very polite and a very nice young man that help me get the sinks off the top shelf, went got a fork lift , use all the precautions to get the sinks off the top shelf Dante he said he's works in the paint department at this home depot on Montano

The worst customer service I ever had. I wouldn't recommend that anybody shop there.

Usually a good store. Today we had an oddly good and bad experience, a couple of staff members weren't the friendliest, or helpful at all. And in store I used the app to look for something, which said there were 19 of the item in stock. It was not located anywhere near where the app directed us. And there was only ONE in stock, once we actually figured out, on our own, in spite of one of those aforementioned unfriendly staff not helping, another staff member was very helpful, so we did get what we came for. But barely! What gives, HD? You're usually better than other stores... Maybe just an off day? Surely!

This store is awesome in all ways. My wife ways also very Happy and my wife is very picky. I have a Home Depot and other stores close to me but we are dropping all this stores which is 10 miles away from my house just to go back and make this our store from now on.

If you need help in the paint department, ask for Dante. He's really great at customer service, truthful and willing to spend his time to help. What a pleasant experience!
