nice store clean

What a difference! For years I have used other home improvement stores. From flooring, to paint, to the pro desk, everybody I dealt with was knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Worth a little extra drive for me to make the switch!

why am I being charged $.10 for each bag I use when the bag i'm being given is not a sturdy, reusable bag? we are being given the same old single use bags and being charged a premium price for them.

The employee by the name of Chris actually approached me to see if I needed help and spent some time helping me find the washer and dryer I wanted. Employees like that one will give your store a great reputation for customer service. I know I will shop there again.

Parking is pretty good and someone is always in the parking lot to greet me and take carts back to the front of the store. The associates seem to know where to find specific products when asked although they usually just tell me where it's at and don't show me. I know what I'm looking for but it would be nice if someone was there (or went w/ me) to explain the differences so I could choose the best option for my project.

cutomer service poor waited 30 min in cabinet dep. for help from home depo employee who found it more important to socialize with female emlpoyee than take care of the customer. aren't customer dollars how employees get paid?

I was able to quickly find what I was looking for. As I was approaching the registers, self check out were occupied, so I made my way to a register. Jeremy was quick to assist me & is a very friendly young man. You have a good person in Jeremy as an employee.

It seems that during the 'off season' in the garden center they tend to dismiss any requests or offer to help you with a purchase. Asking for help seems to put them off.Having someone at the register helps,but having knowledgeable people to answer questions would go a long way toward promoting service.

The only good thing about this store is the location.

The employees are generally pretty helpful. It is hard to make a phone call and get through to somebody you’re specifically trying to reach, though. I think Home Depot needs to work on that.

The plumbing supervisor was extremely helpful. He had knowledge of his department and what I would need for my project.

This store's employees have provided consistently excellent service. It is very well staffed. Every time I go there, someone asks if I need help (usually it's yes!). It also either has what we need for our various house projects or we can quickly order items online. This store is well organized and clean. I have been very pleased with the products, price and service from Home Depot.

Very helpful young man named Miguel in flooring that was a huge help on more than one occasion when we were in the store.

BUYER BEWARE Was over charged by $8.00 on two Items clearly marked on shelf for $32.98 but since items had no bar-code cashier rang up a higher price for item of $40.98 when I tried to return items at customer service desk even showing them price on bin in store they still would not fix it item price has been changed and updated on bin now another item purchased was a mail box post kit were told by associate in store it was all steel no plastic parts but when opened at customers house top plate is plastic and home owner is not happy with item so now have to tery to return item back to the store

I've been to most of your stores in my area, and 3502 is the best. As a general contractor I'm in this store almost daily. 3502 is the best staff and best kept store in Albuquerque. The Eubank store by contrast is always a mess staffed by friendly but usually overwhelmed associates.

Made dishwasher purchase with delivery and installation scheduled for 15th. On 15th, I called to check delivery after taking off work. After 20 minutes on hold, was told product would not be available until 23rd. Was informed scheduled date "not guaranteed". Was not told if they were planning on ever letting me know of new delivery date. Nothing offered for huge inconvenience. Unacceptable and complete lack of customer service consideration and professionalism.

I made an error in an appliance purchase. I discovered it just prior to the delivery. I contacted Home Depot and they immediately took care of the problem and I did not incur any charges for my mistake. Every employee was kind and understanding. They made it easy to correct my error.

Costumer service at this store was great! Very friendly, respectful and professional. Made mine and my girlfriend experience and purchase a memorable one. Tati was very helpful! We were able to get a price match for the Yale X Nest lock we can't wait to use at our new home we just purchased!

Pedro in plumbing is very helpful and knowledgeable, ask for him when you shop at this store.

Store 3502 is an amazing store with all the courteous employees who are friendly. When I visit this store in the mornings, most if not all employees greet me with a good morning. Store is clean .
