I just want to thanks to Donald & Mellissa because employees are very commit to help their customers and everytime the see you they will remember you and your questions and also they have an answer for you that's how I feel when Donald & Mellissa help me yesterday and they are been so helpful for the last weeks

My 4 year old daughter has autism. She, my 2 year old son, and myself were at Home Depot for an outing. My daughter’s favorite thing is wind chimes. We were having a good time until she realized we weren’t going to buy all of the wind chimes, so she had a major autism tantrum/meltdown right after checkout and getting into the car. A woman employee from the garden section (who we checked out with) saw me standing in the parking lot with both children screaming. This is very embarrassing for autism parents because people often assume our kids are spoiled. No one was helping until this very kind employee came out and helped me watch my son so that I was able to put my daughter in the car safely. I don’t know what I would have done without her! Not only that, but she came back and gave me a bottle of water! She helped keep my kids safe and she is a hero. I didn’t catch her name, but I hope she can receive some kind of recognition.

Gave it that, just cause their cashier Diana was super nice. Helped me out with a great smile, thanked me and welcomed me back. Don't know if associates hide, they get paged and you have to wait like 15 minutes for one to show up. The store was nice and clean, and the shelves were stocked.

Funny how one person can influence your entire attitude of a store. Cashier “Jennifer” in the garden department has no clue what she is doing and to make it worse she has an attitude, but that’s the problem with kids today. They think they know everything. Get rid of her and hire a veteran.

66290001219906 Cristina helped me out! she had let me know a bag i was carrying was leaking and she offered to get me a new one. when i went to pay, i realized i did not have enough cash on me. so she was very patient and understanding when i had to run to the bank to get more money. when i came back, she was all smiles. throughout the store, 3 or 4 people had helped me out, and they all knew where everything i needed was. no matter what section i was in. people could help. thank you! ill be back later today!

Home Depot is a store where everything can be easily found and/or there are employees knowledgeable in areas we need that can guide us through the project. Also the items needed for the project.

The store is fine but the rep Christina was extremely rude to me and tried to accuse me of stealing roses when I was the other reps who forgot to give me the receipt, which they verified. She was very rude to me and that is not okay

If you're looking for customer service or to ask questions on how to do something or how to find something in the store, definitely stay away from this place.

The following employees are role models of professionalism and excellent customer service advocates; AS Manager JOHN; Customer Service Supervisor YESENIA G; plumbing and flooring employees DANIEL R, TAYLOR C. Their helpful attitude is really commendable.

1/2" x 20 nuts SHOULD not be a difficult item to find in a HARDWARE Store. The home Depot in Monrovia/Duarte had 0 (zero) in stock. That includes grade 8. None, zilch, zip nada. What a disgrace. There were fine thread nuts in every other size, but NONE in 1/2" x 20. The person helping me, looked on the Home Depot app and sure enough they were in stock on the app, but none in the entire store. How is this even possible?

Returns desks are normally like the DMV. We avoid them at all cost. However, today I had the greatest experience working with Jennifer O getting solutions to my problems and not excuses. Thank you Jennifer for all your help. I appreciate you!!!

Wish there was another Home Depot Store like this one in Pasadena so I could frequent more often.

I like this store more then the in my Neighborhood the store is bigger and cleaner and the associates are more friendlier

There was an employee that took his time to help me in the department he was working on. His name was Lorenzo. Not only did he help me but he was very knowledgeable of the different products that I was looking at. I usually go to different home depot closer to home but they were close. Just because of how great Lorenzo made me feel I think I'll take the extra drive to come to this home depot.

I love going to Home Depot because I find what I need. The shelves are well stocked and there are friendly employees who are ready to help. The store is well organized and clean. It's a fun place to be.

I like this dog in my Royal because it's clean to me people are polite other stores are magazine dirty a little bit what makes a big difference to me like I said again is a coffee sometimes and sometimes I needed in the morning to get my day going that was a good idea to have Refreshments like coffee
