Ken myrant is the greatest sales associate in your Monrovia CA location he is the best at getting the job done and handles all customers with diligence and care excellent shopping experience.

We bought a Samsung Bespoke refrigerator in this store because we couldn't get a clarification about the price on this product at the Pasadena location. We were informed that her supervisor was not available for the next 3 weeks and no one else we can talk to. Adam Ramirez is an amazing salesman that other employees should learn from him.

Your flowers and plants are great I only killed 3 last month

Upper management needs to perform a in store evaluation of the companies SOP in person. The Home Depot core values are not being executed; I know because I own a consulting firm and the company has serious operational problems.

Mike, at the Pro Desk Registers was amazing and very helpful.

Rudy from electrical was AMAZING!! He was knowledgeable, kind and taught me about yellow and white bulbs which I had no idea about. Rudy was able to answer my questions about lightbulbs and even kindly remind me to take the plastic off the bulb before installing it. Make this guy a trainee or a manager asap, he knows what he’s doing!

This young gentleman name Jaime from the plumping department looks like he loves what he does. Great customer service, Funny guy, very respectful. He’s an outgoing person. Home Depot needs more workers like Jaime .

EVERYONE...especially TONY (and Chris) really went the extra mile to make sure I understood how the machine worked. I LOVE YOU GUYS! ♥

Very good customer service the staff help tothe end

My wife and I had a great experience when we went to the Monrovia store on 4-12-21. We met Kevin in the appliance dept looking for a washer/dryer. Salesman wasKXM66XW. He addressed many questions we had about new items we needed to purchase. In short, he helped us with the purchase of a washer/dryer, ceiling fans and other items we needed upon his recommendation. That was followed by a follower call from Denise in the customer service dept. I appears that two items we needed were not available, however that follow-up call was to let us know that the items were found and she needed to secure payment for delivery of all items purchased on 4-12. We figured on paying approx $1600. The total purchase adding all items totaled $3000. For us it was a lot, however we believe and hope it was well spent.

If you need special help, go see David in special services. He is the best.

Wanted to give props to Jose Ballin In Decor for his extraordinary patience and helpful attitude. He went above and beyond just doing his job. Very happy with his impressive service!!! Paint department was also helpful, and store seemed well stocked.
