Are Kids Workshops offered at the Covina Home Depot?

Our free Kids Workshops take place in-store every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. We have a new kit pack every month to keep your little doer engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Visit our customer service counter or call us to check the availability of the kits.

How do I check the balance of my Home Depot gift card?

Home Depot gift cards are a popular choice for birthdays, housewarming parties, and the holidays. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to give and to receive. They can be purchased online at homedepot.com or in our brick-and-mortar stores. If you're a recipient, you can visit the Covina Home Depot and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Does The Home Depot Covina offer Curbside Pickup?

Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.

To pick up your Curbside Order:

Need better communication in store
It took over 45 minutes to get someone to help. First guy said he needed to call someone to come and then left. I went to customer service after 25 mins and they called someone and they did not show up. Went again after 40 minutes and they had to call again. Finally Joe from gardening came to help and to see if he can get someone. The guy was on break and no one knew and failed to give me a heads up. The guy on break was nice enough to help me load the cart along with Joe.

    Barh delivery problem
    Ordered an item. It was not fully delivered had to go in the store to fight to get it picked up and to get a refund and to get my order replaced on time before my install. Resolution has still not been made regarding the problem that I had. Natalie and Kim did a great job in trying to help. But I really wanted to speak the store manager who refused to see me. Cashier and customer service Christina was great and Moises and flooring was great

      Racially profiled
      Store Manager - Leslie A Stewart - Trinidad needs racial sensitivity training! I visited the Covina Home Depot this evening to purchase a reciprocating saw and a bathroom ceiling ventilation fan. The register clerk did not bag the items - I'm assuming because the boxes were too large. I parked near the entrance, like I always do, and exited the entrance today because it was raining and I didn't want the boxes or, more importantly, the receipt to get wet had I taken the north exit which was much further away from where I was parked so that I'd have a clear receipt if I needed to return either or both of the items. However, I had the receipt in my right hand as I was carrying both items toward the entrance to exit the store. Miss Stewart Trinidad was standing near the entrance talking to store employee. When I passed them, she called out to me to show her my receipt. I turned and asked her if this was a new store policy. (I have exited the store via the entrance several times in the past and have never once been asked to show my receipt. But this was all before Miss Stewart Trinidad was a manager at the store.) She said it was not a store policy, but because I was leaving via the entrance (and she said this very condescendingly) and because was a store manager while pointing at her chest she could ask you to show her my receipt - also in a very condescending way. I told her that I had never been asked to show my receipt before and didn't have to show it to her. Then she said, "No you don't and It's not like I'm going to run outside after you." I found this remark to be very disrespectful and also condescending. I felt like she was likening me to people who shoplift and cannot be pursued by store employees once they've left the building. I found that to be very insulting. I'm not a shoplifter and have never stolen anything in my life. I've never left the store so upset before. In fact, I've never left the store upset before at all in all the years I've shopped there. I showed her my receipt and left the store. I found this encounter with her to be very demeaning, disrespectful, rude, and racially motivated. Again, I've NEVER had a problem shopping at Home Depot until today. I almost feel like I now never want to go there again because I don't want to have another interaction with her. Miss Stewart - Trinidad needs racial profile training.

              Great customer service
              Had a problem with the delivery of my refrigerator and the delivery company and I went into the store and Erica started to help me and she was very friendly and was able to help fix my problem and come up with a solution that I was happy with. She was extremely patient and kind to me which I truly appreciated.
