Always has what I need, friendly employees

This store desperately needs help managing inventory

If you like shopping at stores that has awesome customer service and the best sales associates, this is the store!! We had the Best experience shopping at this store. It's like everyone wanted to be at work. If your shopping for lighting be sure to ask for Mikala and/or Moose, they were awesome as well!! Thank you Home Depot for making our shopping experience there memorable. This location is not the closest to our home, we just happen to be riding and my husband decided to stop and look around, we left with 2 baskets full. We will most definitely be driving the 20 miles to shop at this store, from now on.

We were trying to replace a kitchen sink. We opted to have it installed by Home Depot. After waiting 10 days for the installer, he arrived and did not have the sink with him. He went and got the sink. When he returned he crawled under the sink and made some measurements, and informed us that the hole in the counter top was to small and we would have the have a counter top installer cut the opening. We had been charged $229 for the installation. When I hire someone to do a job, the expectation is that when someone is hired to do a job that they can do it, and not have to farm out a portion of the job. I will never have Home Depot install any thing again.

Great store! Friendly and courteous Service!!

Early bird get the job going fast. This place was hopping and it was still dark outside. John and Eddie were great as we gathered up everything I needed for the install of my floor job. Yea, get the floor and open up a can of worms, old home needed some tweaks before I could get started, but with the right tools and stuff the job went fast and the boys there really set me up right. Got it done in a day.

I must have looked obviously lost as this was not my usual store. A sales associate asked if I needed help and I told her what I was looking for. She walked me to each department, showed me all the options and even helped me look for the specific items I was looking for. When I told her what i was going to build, she showed me other options I had not considered. She said she'd worked for Home Depot for over 20 years and her knowledge of the store and items showed. thanx to her, this is my new store! thank you, Lisa for your help!

Store is well maintained for stock and cleanliness. Is not a problem to find an employee to help when we have questions. have shopped this store long enough that we recognize many of the employees and they us so all are on a first name basis.

This has to be the best Home Depot I've been to in a long time. It's always clean and well stocked. The staff are always friendly especially the ladies in the garden center. I'm always greeted with a smile and a "can I help you find something" this isnt even the closest store to me but I still drive out of my way to come here.

This location has a great team of employees that are very courteous, friendly and most of all, professional.

I do not live in Monroe, but needed to get a wagon for my new lawn tractor that I ordered. Bethany and her supervisor were so helpful. All the people that I talked to were also helpful. I had to drive a little farther than I wanted to get what I needed as they were out of stock nearly everywhere else, but the helpfulness of the team was great and I was back on the road in a very timely manner. Great job! I am now enjoying my new lawn tractor which is making life easier!

the employees are obviously not treated well or not trained well or not chosen well. just close it and be done.

Excellent service and prompt

The store is drap! It's sorta depression when entering store. Looking inside from main entrance.. Is just boring. I've walked around and there is nothing that jumps out at me...very little advertising on vendors and the home depot..

We spoke with a Lisa that works with the blinds and she was amazing, very nice, knew her job and went over and beyond to make sure our shopping experience was a great one and it was. Thanks

If you need something that most big box stores have, then go, if you are close. Do not expect to get help most of the time. Poor management and logistics. Just poor....

I have been going to this store for years and find that they ignore the customer rather than embrace them. Too bad they are the only game in town.

The customer service in the short time that I have had to frequent this store is very outstanding. The cashiers were very polite and professional and did all that could to ensure that I was satisfied and had all that I needed.. And if not for one mentioning their discount programs i would have missed out on many savings due to the fact that they offer Military discounts..Kudos to the staff and associates Resp, HAPPY\SATISFIED CUSTOMER

Everyone was very friendly and helpful even though they were extremely busy.

Terrible customer service experience! Employee unwilling to assist with retrieval and loading of heavy items. Other employees too busy and\or distracted to care.
