I love shopping at this Home Depot the environment is always pleasent to shop the employees always ask may l help you and waits on you patiently.l always find everything l need.

We had a great shopping trip here today Loreen Becker was so much help! She helped us get everything we needed had a smile on her face and a great attitude. She was very knowledgeable and quick moving. We will be asking for her next trip to Home Depot.

This store is worth driving too! Best team around!

I am a long time home depot shopper and probably shop there at a home depot 3 to 4 times a week and this store is by far the best one I have shopped at.

Going to Home Depot is always a very pleasant experience. We are more than likely to find everything we need and there is always a store employee to assistance us.Even children generally are overwhelmed looking at all the fabulous items. From garden goods to a vast number of kitchen and laundry appliances to paint, wood products fittings, nails, lighting fixtures etc. My goodness just so many items to meet most any ones needs.

Monroe Home Depot seems to always have what I’m coming in for. I can’t recall a single bad experience shopping here. Today’s experience was very brief, which is a good thing in my business (roofing). Cashier named Robin went above and beyond to smile and thank me for coming in. A friendly face and a smile goes a long way. Thank you for making this a pleasurable trip to Home Depot!

I really enjoy shopping at our local Home Depot. It is organized and clean and the employees are really nice. I'm thankful that Home Depot is in Monroe and so convenient.

On 4/2 I went to the Monroe store to pick up some products. The store was clean and easy to find. I went to the check out line and the cashier completely ignored me. I was not greeted or asked if I found everything that I needed. Once she was done totalling the items she stood that and looked away and waited for me to pay. I told her that I was a veteran and wanted to take advantage of the military discount; she didn't ask for my ID but after a few silent seconds I presented my ID. Once the transaction was concluded, she never thanked me or told me to come again. It was one of the most bewildering experiences I've ever had at a retail store/

Usually a great store, but if you have a problem their customer service and willingness to correct their mistakes is minimal at best. I will be driving to Winder or Loganville for my Home Depot needs.

Workers are Amazing, hard workers and the cashiers are nice

The store is clean and neat. All the items on our list were available to purchase. The saleslady at the front, Chris, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for a pleasant shopping experience. We will shop there again without hesitation

The associates here are so great! Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. It doesn't matter what kind of project I'm working on, there's always at least one person that can answer whatever questions I have without making me feel like I shouldn't be asking.

I was so apprehensive when I entered the store on my own not knowing how I would be treated as a woman in this type of setting. I was pleasantly surprised when Ray in Lumber asked if I found what I needed. I explained my project and not only did he interject his knowledge but suggested a more cost efficient way of handling the project. He cut my lumber, carried it to the front register and made sure I could get it to my car. This really set my mind at ease and I will not hesitate in the future to handle my projects alone. Thanks for helping this girl out Monroe Home Depot!

All employees are very helpful.

Store was clean. Offered hand sanitation. Masks worn, felt safe, seems fewer employees, but those who were there were super helpful and friendly.

Good store just don’t ever order a door here unless you are going to install it yourself!

I find out of all the locations I deal with Rob, Mark and Chloey are the most knowledgeable at the prodesk. Someone always answers the phone after a couple rings and if they don't known the answer then they find out and call you back. They are a great team with a great attitude.

Every time I come here, the store is very well organized and the associates are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My most recent experience gave me the opportunity to work with Mr Mark Blackman (Pro Desk) and Mr Eddie Chessher (Paint and Supplies), both of whom went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. After working in a retail environment for many years I recognize a quality customer atmosphere, and the Home Depot in Monroe Georgia is the epitome of just that.
