So happy that we have a Home Depot Store here in Monroe. Our Home Depot is a fully stocked, easily located store. Everything I needed was available. HD Employees are friendly and eager to help. The store is always clean and neat.

Staff and manager were quick to resolve an issue and did so with a very service centric attitude. Product was incorrectly placed and priced in an area advertising incentives, but product was not actually included in those incentives, so it did not register accordingly at checkout. HD team reviewed, quickly determined the error, and gave me the incentive, all with a great attitude and sense of doing the right thing. Kaely, Loreen and Teresa worked together to quickly turn a potentially negative experience into a positive.

Mark and the ProDesk teams attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to serve is impressive... You don't get that at other stores.. Mark and the Pro Desk team are extremely efficient, kind, and hard working. Their patience and expertise is unmatched, as far as I've seen. Always find us the best prices, work with our maintenance schedules for pick ups and deliveries, and have even helped me locate my lost phone in the store. Great staff.. Can't say enough good things about them. This is the Monroe, GA store. FYI

I ordered a washing machine and told it would be delivered on a certain date. I found my order on their website but when I called about the delivery they said the ordered hadn't been completed in their system. Now I wait and additional 13 days to get it delivered. I don't understand how I could see it on their website yet it wasn't in their system?????

This Home Depot had the items listed online, actually in stock in the store. I appreciate their friendly staff and leadership for being understanding and accommodating. I will definitely return to this location.

The employees are well trained and have great customer service skills. I never like going to these type of store but I had to and the employees made it much more Pleasant to shop there. Thanks again

We purchased a washer/dryer from this store. GE Delivery was scheduled to deliver them on July 13th. They never showed up nor called to let us know. When we called them, all they said was there was an issue with the truck and they would need to reschedule a week later (after we had already removed our old washer/dryer set). No apology. No return call. Nothing. Home Depot employees Natalie and Teresa worked very hard to get our issue resolved. We appreciate all they did and would recommend this store to others.

Management, during this continuing COVID 19 issue, employees need to be wearing and wearing properly their face masks. As the wear them now, there is no reason to wear them at all. That said, the mouth AND the nose should be covered not covering the upper lip down and not hanging around their neck as was seen by more than one employee and then learning that the local management was in the area and could see this problem without doing anything about it. This included the customer service person in this and another Home Depot that I visited.

I am a new resident of Georgia. After searching through two stores closer to my home; but to no avail, I called store #1774 and the 3rd time was a charm. The products were held at the customer service desk by JEFF (ASM). He was very helpful in helping me locate them for me and providing an easy pickup. I was assisted by NATALIE (Cashier/CS Desk) who was more than capable of smoothing out some card issues that arose. The store was clean and additional items that I needed were easy to find. From my inquiring call to the Monroe store, my purchase and assistance with my purchase to my vehicle; all of the associates were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I live quite far from this location, but I would definitely go out of my way to shop here again.

Natalie at customer service desk is AWESOME!!! She helped me with a very complicated order for over 30 minutes with a super pleasant can do attitude and a smile the entire time. Steven, the store manager, was also very helpful. I drive past my local store just to shop at this location.

it was easy to find products, and EDDIE in the paint department bent over backward to help ,he always has with many visits we go just for his help.He knows a lot about the products.store was very clean. our home store is great.

The Home Depot policy is to not wear mask for protection from covid-19. If you are trying to follow current medical recommendations, do not shop at this store.

This store is amazing I go out of my way to go here. The people really make this store. The garden area is my favorite place in the store and its always well stocked, clean, and organized.

This store is the only store I have seen in Monroe that is operating with all the procedures that were instituted due to the Covid-19 crisis. ( the only restuarant is chick-fil-a). Also, the entire staff made me fill as ease unlike staff in other stores during this crisis that make you feel nervous. The nice lady at the door was very friendly and the wait was not long. The nice lady at the paint department was very helpful, had a nice smile, and friendly. The nice lady monitoring the self-checkout was very friendly. You would have never known that we were in the middle of a crisis. It was very pleasant. Thank you for your service during this crisis. I will stop there again in the middle of the crisis or afterwards in a post-crisis environment.

Afon in the appliance section is extremely helpful. He helped us find a dryer that matched our current washer and met our family needs. Go see Afon if you need any appliance help!

The service at Home Depot in Monroe is excellent. Associates are always willing to help and they are friendly. From the time you walk in the door and you hear “welcome to Home Depot”, until the time you walk out hearing “thank you for shopping Home Depot”, the shopping experience is great. The store is always clean and well organized, making it much easier to find the items you need for any project. If you in assistance, the associates are Johnny on the spot ready to help.

Nikki was super helpful & gracious! Very relaxed & easy to chat with while she was making some keys for me! All the associates I saw smiled & greeted me!
