We enjoy going to the Home Depot because if we have any questions the people are always ready to help.

My dad and I were in this store shopping. An employee walking by asked if were finding everything alright. We mentioned a product we were looking for. He knew where it was, went to get it for us, and returned with it a few minutes later. We had moved away from the isle we were on, so he had to walk around a bit to find us. I've never had a Home Depot employee do that. Great service!

Every time we come to the Monroe HD, we get good customer service. However, we had great service from Holly! She went above & beyond! Such a sweet girl! Thanks for all your help, Holly! Great job Home Depot!

BROCK-store employee who helped me out so much!! I'm a girl u guys and my husband sent me for nuts washers and bolts like...do u know how many there are?? Brock found me confused picked up on my confusion asked me if he could help me looked at my husband's pics that he had sent(which didn't help me any) but Brock knew what to do found everything communicated the checkout process communicated kindly like this was a young man...so very professional!! Everything I visit this store I am pleased. Most of the employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always make sure to thank me for my service when they see my veteran status. This store must be doing something right because it generally outshines the others locally in my opinion.

It was refreshing to have an employee actually smile and be enthusiastic about helping a customer. Clinton, you made my day just by being friendly! It seems being friendly is the exception more than the rule these says.

On Wednesday, I had the opportunity to visit the Home Depot in Monroe, GA, that I didn't even know was there. I am building a new home in Monroe and while the house is not yet out of the ground our barn is. This next year will see us building our new home and while I have had mixed experiences in the past with HD, I found the people who live and work in Monroe to be by far the nicest people I have encounter in a long time. As it relates to the Home Depot in Monroe, I needed some assistance with flooring and window treatments which is how we met Michael Rink, who I found and you will to, to be one of the most knowledgable and helpful people I have ever met at Home Depot. So if you have any needs in the area's of flooring or window treatment, Drive to Monroe and visit the HD there. You will find it is worth the drive.

Ask for Shundra in garden tools when you shop there.

This Home Depot in Monroe is very clean and everyone is always cheerful and helpful! I do appreciate all of the store employees time and effort putting forth to help make shopping at this location more enjoyable!!

The seasonal hires need training.

My wife and I are a small business owner and purchase a lot of material from the Monroe GA. Home Depot. We deal with mainly 2 employees at the Pro Desk, Chris and Roiece. They are top notch employees who not only know their jobs but also know how to treat customers. We highly recommend this Home Depot and when you shop there make sure you let Chris and Roiece provide you with the highest level of professional service that they provide us everytime we shop at their store. I tried to discuss my blueprints getting turned into a material list with “supervisor” Mark Blackman, not only did he not have a answer to any question I had, he was so rude, mouthy, cocky and arrogant to not know crap! He literally talked to me like a second grade kid. Im a 40 year old man, ready to spend thousands in this store to build my wife her dream home and this jackwad screwed that up. I had been dealing with Stephanie prior to her leave of sickness and she was amazing, patient, attentive, answered any and all questions I had without making me feel stupid. If it wasn’t for Stephanie taking the time with me on my future build I would never step foot into this store again. Im appalled you have mark as a supervisor in the front of the store, and such a caring hard working employee like Stephanie hid in the back of the store, she truly cares for her customers and it shows! Step up your game Monroe Ga!!

Went shopping for items needed for the house. Loreen, Ray, Mason, and Teresa were attentive and extremely efficient from start to finish of my experience in your store.

You have good people working at this location. Recently I needed some additional parts for my pressure washer. I was having difficulty locating all the items I needed. Your associate Kendrick Riggins helped. This was not an area he was familiar with, but he stayed and learned along with me. He then located a part that I was about to give up on. I expect for him to have a great future with your company.
