I have been coming to this specific H.Depots for over a year now and every time I check out there is a wonderful Cashier by the name of Terri who is just very helpful, always smiling and always willing to go the extra mile to assist the customers waiting in line! When checking out always go to Terri....

This HD location is superb, the employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. It was an amazing experience! Not just one employee, but three different employees in three different parts of the store were outstandingly helpful and willing! I was completely satisfied with visiting and making a purchase there yesterday! Awesome job!

The reazon I only give 4 stars was because of the awaiting time in the return customer service and not a good treatment from some of those employers that was in that section.

Despite repeated assurances from employees, managers, and installers, Home Depot was unable to meet my simplest expectation of install carpet and baseboards at the same time. This resulted in me unnecessarily missing time at work.

Clean modern store easy finding items exceptional customer service! Will definitely come shop here again!

Employees are very unprofessional, no one at the day that I was at this store said welcome to Home Depot ;I was the next one in line to return some merchandise, had to wait 15 minutes, there was 6 employees and no one said welcome to Home Depot or were friendly, or said, as I will be with you in a moment, employees were laughing all the time and very rude when I complained about the time in line, 4 of the employees were doing nothing and the 2 in the cashier did not know exactly how to be friendly and efficient, I shop at this home depot many times in a month and never had an experience like this one, BTW, no manager was present to see what was going on, and I was not the only one unsatisfied.

Favorite Home Depot location near home

I went by this store With a bit of a problem and of course in a time crunch. Brian and Harry, two gentleman in the power tools and lumber sections were so incredibly helpful! They solved the problem in minutes and it cost me $2.75! As someone who’s not too handy with power tools it’s great to know that Home Depot has such great employees! Thank you guys!

Just a great experience each time I come to this store. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. On this last visit, Kelvin in paint and Debbyta at cashier made special efforts to provide extra service.

Beware of the Returns Desk associate YAJAIRA, she's very unprofessional and she likes to waste time as if she doesn't know what she's doing. She works at a very slow pace and act nonchalant about customer service issues. Customer satisfaction is not her priority and she's a huge time waster incapable of making decisions on her own. Needing the assistance of another employee to do her job. If a customer is returning a brand new item and has a receipt, how difficult can that be? You would think it's a simple return that doesn't require much! Leave it up to YAJAIRA, she needs to break the seals on the box, inspect a brand new item, and call the department for that item to reinspect. That is beyond ridiculous as she is the one that removed the seal and saw that the item is new. It took another associate to take a simple look and hear that YAJAIRA open the box and broke the seals. At that point the other associate had to do the return because YAJAIRA was already in her feeling after being told that she is not suppose to carry on personal conversations with another associate while helping a customer when doing a return, as she's distracted and continues to ask the customer the same question more than once. Poor customer service! My recommendation is to have her complete an in-service on CUSTOMER SERVICE!
